For the staff yes 5 stars. 153.00 with 35% off I decided to pay 30 dollars more and get more oil, haha I went In January late January the cart was not full and I paid for more got way less. Never go there again and my cart is now empty only using it 3x a day I have 2 weeks left to wait. Scam..... the Pharmacist told me 250-300 hits? That’s total Fabrication if I got a 100 that’s a big exaggeration. I will file a complaint.

i love their customer service, very professional! their pretty much straight forward on transactions, no hidden prices. the receipt shows 15%disc either you're a Medicaid/Medicare recipient. their products works for my condition, debilitating condition. they got awesome pharmacists that can help you out with questions! when they're busy they get back at you after leaving your message for any questions that you may have. the facility is located in Riverhead, NY. i have no problem with them, i've been a patient since 2018.the only thing is their prices are pretty higher than the competitor. wish, they could bring down their prices one day so i can stick around. i noticed changes since there is another competitor, they started to get deals now. so, that's a good start.

Great 1st time experience. Traveling here was very far out from where I live. I was glad to know they have a delivery option for a fair price. As soon as I walked inside the building the staff were very friendly and professional. They gave me all the necessary information and answered all my questions. The building was clean, nice and cool and well displayed. Their products are a bit pricey but with a discount it is worth it.

The nicest group of people helping you that you would ever want to help you. These guys go above and beyond for anybody and everyone all the time I've never seen them be upset with anyone regarding anything that that person may need to have always been more than happy to help and then clean and efficient and fast love this place will be back Sincerely yours Lawrence Conner

My main issue is the wacky security gaurd at the main entrance.He will only let one person in the lobby 1 at a time even in freezing cold or rainy weather.He has told me to stand still and that I was making him uncomfortable on numerous visits.He treats you like he is a prison gaurd and make me feel very uncomfortable.I am surprised they would have someone so unstable as a security guard.Staff inside were very professional and friendly though.I will not be returning while he is still employed there very disappointed.

The thought of a dispensary may be a fun thought, whimsical at that. And yes in most states it is. New York however, specifically the east end of Long Island, we get Columbia care. This is not a whimsical place, but one of a sterile feel. Large signs and advertisements, explaining; why theirs is cleaner and more science based. The people are nice and the place does serve its purpose. They only sell pill, tincture, or prefilled vape. The prices are extremely high. So high it is really a sad thought. They are either being charged too much to meet NYS standards or are just overcharging. The vape cartridge, feels like a 6 year old dab cut with coconut oil. Has a nasty flavor, but is fairly potent. Subpar, outdated, and expensive products. Columbia care is a great place for the elderly or those who have no other way. New York State has been decriminalized for quite some time. After spending nearly $500 on the license, fees, and product. One can wonder the legitimacy of the program. All in all Columbia care does exactly what it’s supposed to. Have a card. Want a potent vape,drink, or pill? This is your place.

My first visit was pretty simple though it did take twice as long as they said it would. The second time same thing for an express pickup I was there for almost 30 minutes. However, the staff is very nice and helpful I just feel they are sometimes understaffed. The first time I purchased the time release tablets 1:20 CBD and two 1:1 tinctures. The tablets are expensive but work wonders for my neuropathy. The tinctures are messy and eventually become leaky. The tops come off easily and towards the end you need to take off the plug and go directly in or else you miss out on several doses which again is messy and makes it hard if you travel with it. I like the effect the tinctures has for my symptoms but they are impractical especially if you have issues with your hands. I decided to purchase the vape cartridge hopefully it will be more to my liking. The other thing I am uncomfortable with is that the place is in a more isolated section of East Main St. and though they have great security inside I feel somewhat vulnerable in the parking lot. It make me nervous being a cash only business having large amounts of cash going in and marijuana products coming out. For the price it certainly is an investment and I would possibly shop in other places but I can’t find the tablets currently anywhere else. They do give you a considerable discount if you are on Medicaid.

Lori & Olga are very nice & helpful as are the rest of the staff.I was glad I went there as a first time it was a good experience minus the price but I was happy with my vapes.went back for refills & got all 3 types of vape to find out they have new labeled cartridges very nice less confusion.the oil tasted a bit different no big deal after a few vapes it was burt oil taste & smell very disgusting not to wonder how good is it to be inhaling burnt oil & how does it effect the oil itself like dosage & strength?they did change the cbd for me as they could smell the burnt oil.went back the next day (almost an hour each way) with the same issue burnt oil they said nothing they would do because they see nothing wrong with it but suggested after telling me it will prob just taste burnt from the new tips that I could try the drops not felling I had much choice I now had to spend more money I don't have & now have wasted $300. plus on burnt nasty oil that will be in the next garbage pickup.never had a problem with the old tips.left there feeling very disappointed & anxious. I really hope they attend to this quickly or they will be making more people sicker instead of better smh.I will probably go back to any of the 3 other places I have tried because they didn't seem to think much of the issue I have at columbia. vireo in queens does free delivery to Brentwood/Suffolk co. & have bulk oil & refillable pens.also now need to spend more money somewhere else & will have to wait another 15 days to go anywhere else due to the way they labeled it. smh not acceptable!

this review will stay at 1 star until they learn what is in their cannabis products, until they learn that its not ok to charge $100 for a 1/4 to 1/2 gram vape oil cartridge.The same cartridge is $5 or $10 in colorado, nevada, washington or californiaWhat justifies the ripoff?When i called, and asked how much THC was in the oil, she stated there was "18 grams of marijuana per cartridge and it should last 2 months to 6 months"Well, it doesnt last more than a few weeks.Until they update their product catalog they do not deserve to be endorsed publically or privately unless your insurance is paying for the medicationStaff that is clueless about their products & price gouging people that are already sick is not ok.... It took them 2 months to respond to me onliine about my questions as the person on the telephone in riverhead was cluelessAll in all it was a waste of money to even get my Medicinal Marijuana certification as now marijuana is going to be legalized in New York . Only use this service and similar high priced services if its a last resort or your insurance covers it. Its unfortunate but thats the way it isYou can't charge people $100 PLUS TAX for less than a half gram of vape oilnot to mention the fact they just spent $200-250 + $50 to acquire their medicinal marijuana certificateso it would cost me $400 which in just about any state would get you 40+ full gram vape pens instead of 1. or a few ounces. or whatever. you get it?i dont understand why they need to charge so much money , it doesnt make any sensea half- oz of cannabis in canada due to legalization is around $20-40 from local.from that half oz you should be able to make 10 vape carts . lol....STOP PRICE GOUGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!and ill become a customer. lower the vape pens to less than $40 for a half gram and you might actually get some people in there.also, consider hireing people that are people-friendly. when i called you guys, i heard like 3 phones ringing in the background, people chattering, and the lady was clueless. She should be able to answer my questions off the top of her head. And her answers were not correct, it took me a very long time to figure out what their products were and why they costed so much. And in the end of my research i discovered there is realistically no reason they should be charging that much moneyThe problem with this is that most other dispensaries offer pretty much the same product.There is a store in NYC that offers refills at a cheaper price , but i havent been there . It seems like all of the current distributors here have agreed upon a certain price point for their carts and tincturesI may try your sublingual tincture in the future. if i do, and it justifies the value , ill update this. my main research was into the vape cartridges as vaporizing provides instant relief in comparison to sublingual, edible or topical.I give you guys 3 stars because i feel like you guys already know this and will improve in the future.I asked if you would have new products in the future and i received a condescending "no we wont unless you call the governor (or whomever) politician schedule 1 substance blablabla" i didnt call for that. dont be in a rush to get me off the phone... dont be in a rush and tell people incorrect doseages.... you guys have 3 different products and then 3 varities of those 3 products . so like 9 products or so? you should be able to memorize all 9 offhand. ill cut some slack thistime, but with MMJ becoming legal in the near future i expect better.

Way over priced. Super nice staff but it's crazy what limited product they off and at the prices. This will be a serious problem for the New York State medical marijuana program if all dispenseries are like this one. We want flower and the freedom to choose whatever products we want. Continue to push for legalization bc without that, choice is hopeless.
