this review will stay at 1 star until they learn what is in their cannabis products, until they learn that its not ok to charge $100 for a 1/4 to 1/2 gram vape oil cartridge.The same cartridge is $5 or $10 in colorado, nevada, washington or californiaWhat justifies the ripoff?When i called, and asked how much THC was in the oil, she stated there was "18 grams of marijuana per cartridge and it should last 2 months to 6 months"Well, it doesnt last more than a few weeks.Until they update their product catalog they do not deserve to be endorsed publically or privately unless your insurance is paying for the medicationStaff that is clueless about their products & price gouging people that are already sick is not ok.... It took them 2 months to respond to me onliine about my questions as the person on the telephone in riverhead was cluelessAll in all it was a waste of money to even get my Medicinal Marijuana certification as now marijuana is going to be legalized in New York . Only use this service and similar high priced services if its a last resort or your insurance covers it. Its unfortunate but thats the way it isYou can't charge people $100 PLUS TAX for less than a half gram of vape oilnot to mention the fact they just spent $200-250 + $50 to acquire their medicinal marijuana certificateso it would cost me $400 which in just about any state would get you 40+ full gram vape pens instead of 1. or a few ounces. or whatever. you get it?i dont understand why they need to charge so much money , it doesnt make any sensea half- oz of cannabis in canada due to legalization is around $20-40 from local.from that half oz you should be able to make 10 vape carts . lol....STOP PRICE GOUGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!and ill become a customer. lower the vape pens to less than $40 for a half gram and you might actually get some people in there.also, consider hireing people that are people-friendly. when i called you guys, i heard like 3 phones ringing in the background, people chattering, and the lady was clueless. She should be able to answer my questions off the top of her head. And her answers were not correct, it took me a very long time to figure out what their products were and why they costed so much. And in the end of my research i discovered there is realistically no reason they should be charging that much moneyThe problem with this is that most other dispensaries offer pretty much the same product.There is a store in NYC that offers refills at a cheaper price , but i havent been there . It seems like all of the current distributors here have agreed upon a certain price point for their carts and tincturesI may try your sublingual tincture in the future. if i do, and it justifies the value , ill update this. my main research was into the vape cartridges as vaporizing provides instant relief in comparison to sublingual, edible or topical.I give you guys 3 stars because i feel like you guys already know this and will improve in the future.I asked if you would have new products in the future and i received a condescending "no we wont unless you call the governor (or whomever) politician schedule 1 substance blablabla" i didnt call for that. dont be in a rush to get me off the phone... dont be in a rush and tell people incorrect doseages.... you guys have 3 different products and then 3 varities of those 3 products . so like 9 products or so? you should be able to memorize all 9 offhand. ill cut some slack thistime, but with MMJ becoming legal in the near future i expect better.
