My experience with the dispensary in Rochester NY was not the best. The people were excellent but the product was another, that was not so perfect. After using a different pharmacy from Buffalo first your products do not even come close. The cost was much higher and the oil did not work as well. The 7 ml. bottles with the small syringe was very difficult to read and fill and the rules about not being able to use the eye dropper from the other dispensary was rather crazy. You can actually read the dosage with the eye dropper. If the patient had problems seeing it was damn near impossible to fill at the right dose. PLUS after the third dosing I noticed the the oil dripping down my hand from the leaking bottle seal. I used the eye dropper for the rest of the 2 bottles I bought. I threw out the bottles and syringe I should have saved as proof but I was to angry after the expense and the lack of being pain free. The trip to Buffalo is worth it. I live in Hilton and am much closer to the Kodak dispensary but I cannot justify not going to Buffalo. Cost is a huge factor and your oil for the price does not even come close
