I've never had a problem with blood pressure, ever in my life, not once. When the gal tried to take my blood pressure she used a sleeve that was way too big, would have probably been larger on my leg. This thing swelled up nearly as large as a watermelon on my arm and never actually felt tight on my arm. She then recorded that I have extremely high blood pressure. She gave me a bit of time to relax then attempted the test again. This time the sleeve fell off my arm and rather than stop the test she reached down and quickly rapped it back around my arm and held it there as the machine completed the test. This time my blood pressure was recorded even higher. The third time she did the test old school with the hand pump. This time my blood pressure was perfect. I'm now listening as a high blood pressure risk.

I called ahead twice to get an entry level dot physical at 2 different locations to find out if they can fill out form cg-179k/e only to be told upon arriving to be told they only fill out form check-179k. Both times I asked specifically about the form. Big waist of my time and and they had no information on where to get this form filled out.

My son has Autism and we have a hard time finding places he will go. AFC is tge only Urgent Care place my son will go. The staff are friendly and extremely patient. Also when I brought my God Daughter there to have STD testing after her boyfriend cheated on her they were so comforting to her and really helped her be comfortable in such a stressful time for her. I have also been a patient there with Anxiety attached and the doctors, P.A's, medical assistance have always been great to all of us. !!!

I am so impressed with this facility! I had a great experience with every person I came in contact with. Waiting room feels relaxed with lots of seating. Nurses are focused and friendly. What impressed me most was my interaction with the practitioner. She had a very positive energy, she was quick, thorough and honestly just made me feel well taken care of. Will most definitely come here in the future!!

The services that I have received at AFC Urgent Care Southcenter from the medical staff have been outstanding. Specifically, RN Christina, Dr. Dorrough, and Dr. Rodrique, were amazing. They were tentative to my wound and answered all of my questions as well as give detailed care instructions. I was comforted knowing that I had a highly skilled medical staff taking care of me!

Ok, I keep seeing Fake negative reviews, So I wanted to clear things up, I go here for my DOT physical, And I can't understand why people would say negative things, I just had another fantastic experience here, I showed up early, no appointment, first person threw the door, Nice Lady Greeted Me and Held The Door Open For Me, "Well that's a first" Thats a Simple Act Of KindnessThe awesome staff here is Fantastic every time, It very clean, tidy, simple, Show up early, get in, get done, be on my merry way, and as always I Tell All My Friends To Go Here For their Dot physicals,

Dr. Ashley was absolutely the best doctor I have ever met. She was very down to earth and very kind. My wife is blind in one eye and her good eye had some debris in it. We got to urgent care and saw the doctor within 20 minutes. When we got to the back to see Dr.Ashley I was amazed to find that she was genuinely concerned about her eye and found the problem right away. I am so pleased with our experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs express care.

The worst service from Physicians assist I had ever experienced at this facility. After registering as a new patient and waiting for half hour, I was finally called inside to be seen by the physician. The PA came and asked me few questions and without physically examining me prescribed me with pain killers and muscle relaxation tablets. Since I was more concerned about my kidneys, I requested if they could test my urine. So finally they carried out my urine test and I was told my kidney function was good. To top it all, I was sent a bill of over $300.00. This is a money making scam place and I will never recommend my family/ friends to ever visit this facility. People working in billing department are also inexperienced, lack knowledge and have no customer service.

I am literally just leaving. The girls are rude and unprofessional. For it being an urgent care center there is no urgency at all, I had to call the phone from inside the lobby to get someone up front and they just walked up answered and left. There were 2 other people waiting besides me and I and the other girl left. They were in the back talking and you could here the conversations perfectly. It doesn't deserve even one star. Extremely disappointed and still in pain.

Service was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, and PA-C Ashley Rodrigue demonstrated both competence and caring!I went to this American Family Care (AFC) urgent care location after being involved in a rear-end collision earlier that day. Wanting a medical evaluation, I looked up urgent care locations near me and chose AFC based on its overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I had barely finished and turned in my paperwork before I was called back. After another short wait in an exam room, Ashley Rodrigue, a certified physician assistant (PA-C), came in to evaluate me.Rodrigue was thorough in her work. She listened to and took all of my questions and concerns seriously. She gave comprehensive explanations of what I was experiencing or could experience later on and how to best promote recovery. Most notably, her professional competence was matched by genuine caring.My visit to AFC (filling out the paperwork, waiting to be called back, being seen by Ashley Rodrigue, and getting the discharge summary) took just under an hour, which I consider phenomenal. I left feeling validated and at ease with my medical situation following the car accident.I was in the Seattle area on business, but if I lived there, AFC would be my preferred (and recommended) urgent care! I only hope to find a comparable urgent care where I live, should I need one.
