Horrible experience with this company. Miscommunication between offices, unorganized employees, delay after delay only to not receive my item for over a month!?! Seriously?? My order was scheduled to arrive today 6/15 and has now been delayed as they released it for return. Now they want me to arrange for a replacement? That’ll be another month with this company. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I would give Wayfair negative stars if I could. I've had the most horrible experience dealing with them the last few weeks. I ordered 2 expensive pendant lights on July 9th and spoke to a service representative who assured me I would receive them by August 1st and that they were in stock. I scheduled a remodel finishing August 10th to allow for shipping delays. It is currently August 14th and there is no sign my order will ever ship, nor can anyone give me any valid information on it. Every time I call I am told they should ship the next day and every 2 days I get an email saying my shipment has been delayed. They can't get their story straight, one rep will tell me it's the carrier who won't pick them up. Another told me they're still back-ordered. Another told me they can't switch to another carrier when another tells me they have and will ship the next day etc etc. If you've made it this far then you know some of the frustration I've felt in dealing with them. All they do is offer you 10% off your order and then say some nonsense. I've literally never dealt with a company as disorganized or lying to me as this one. I have to pay another scaffolder and order different lights now over a month later than intended. Extremely disappointed. Not exaggerating, I can list my order number if Wayfair would like to contest this.
