I would never, ever participate in anything here again. So very disappointed with this establishment, the owners and supervisor's lack of compassion and understanding. First of all, the only way you can speak to a person on the phone is if you express interest in being a panelist so they can recruit you. All other lines are always directly to voicemail, yet when you are in the office there are plenty of able employees who can answer a call. I participated in 3 consecutive challenges. This last one I attended every single visit not missing one. I had a serious shake up in my family unfortunately on the day I was supposed to come back for my "challenge". It was so upsetting, I completely forgot about coming that day. Mind you, this is the week of Christmas which made the shake up even worse. I went back in the next day and was told that I would only receive 1/2 of the money for the challenge. It is the week of Christmas, I depending on being paid for my participation in full. You could imagine the sinking feeling. The disappointment? I would like to say here that the technician who had to deliver me the unfortunate news was very compassionate. God Bless her for having a heart. The supervisor, supervisor's assistant, the Dr Mike Caswell, who didn't return my voicemail I cannot say the same about.Please be warned that the owner and Dr. make no exceptions so beware that if anything should ever happen no matter how diligent you are a participant that you can risk 1/2 your payment with no exceptions. Sad.

Well there are three beautiful women to meet when you first walk in that work at the front desk I know one of the name Miss Carol beautiful person everyday I see her she brings my day the staff there my best worker is Debra come in she's always smiling and willing to help I give consumer product 10 Stars keep up the good work

Not upfront with panelists. Make demands to be there same time 3 days in a row. Promise large sums of cash but do not tell you that you could be rejected, or what you could be rejected for. in order to meet their demands of 3 day in a row i made arrangements with work. After two young lab techs giggled and laughed at the red spots on my back they called in a DR and he rejected me due to a red splotchy-ness on my back that they knew about ahead of time from an initial evaluation of my skin type on my initial paperwork filled out months ago.Bottom line do not loose a day of work to make more money they promise. In the end they did not come through and were completely unsympathetic. They are very disorganized and the staff is kind of rude.My opinion another corporations praying on the poor

Consumers testing site is fantastic the employees and the nurses are wonderful polite and very knowledgeable about the study that you are inquiring about in the building is clean

Not bad place to go but calculate your mileage versus what you will make in the end make sure you are making enough for the trip
