I would never, ever participate in anything here again. So very disappointed with this establishment, the owners and supervisor's lack of compassion and understanding. First of all, the only way you can speak to a person on the phone is if you express interest in being a panelist so they can recruit you. All other lines are always directly to voicemail, yet when you are in the office there are plenty of able employees who can answer a call. I participated in 3 consecutive challenges. This last one I attended every single visit not missing one. I had a serious shake up in my family unfortunately on the day I was supposed to come back for my "challenge". It was so upsetting, I completely forgot about coming that day. Mind you, this is the week of Christmas which made the shake up even worse. I went back in the next day and was told that I would only receive 1/2 of the money for the challenge. It is the week of Christmas, I depending on being paid for my participation in full. You could imagine the sinking feeling. The disappointment? I would like to say here that the technician who had to deliver me the unfortunate news was very compassionate. God Bless her for having a heart. The supervisor, supervisor's assistant, the Dr Mike Caswell, who didn't return my voicemail I cannot say the same about.Please be warned that the owner and Dr. make no exceptions so beware that if anything should ever happen no matter how diligent you are a participant that you can risk 1/2 your payment with no exceptions. Sad.
