I hate this place, the staff sucks, the staff are clueless on products, Jen is fake and phony, all smiles when wants to get paid , always out of stock and again I HATE JEN, I returned back and Jen twin has no class, is not friendly and all they want is your money, they are clueless on their products, get your employees trained on products and treating customers with respect, the ladies there are terrible,

Originally started with the Milford dispensary because it was closer. Then I moved to Bethel and signed up with the Compassionate Care Center and am so glad I did. Been going there for 3 years! The entire staff is absolutely incredible!!! Knowledgeable and extremely friendly and caring. I wont name one name because I love them all! Thank you guys!!!

This will be the most honest review about CCC. I was a patient at CCC for about 3 years. The first 2 years were great, why? : Always Fully Stocked (Flowers)Amazing StaffShort Wait TimesHowever, the last year it looks like a totally different place. Why? : Best selling flowers were not being restockedCustomers were left choosing the leftovers that nobody wantedThe Staff was being changed constantly and some are very unpatient For example, the black girl who works there always rushes you! However, they will let other customers stay there talking for an hour while other patients wait! It’s very selective! The black guy Gary (with dreads) is the nicest person that works there, however he was quickly moved as a restock person working in the back which I did not like. Whoever runs this place has lost a step and his obviously lost there passion for the business! I have now started going to Arrow Alternative in MILFORD and I highly recommended switching! It’s a beautiful place - with a very courteous staff! They are always stocked on the best items including flower! It’s a shame that CCC has slipped but it happens when people start to lose there passion and instead start counting dollars.

Before going to The Compassionate Care Disp. I suffered from numerous problems that have been treated by many different medical modalities. The first time I finally used the Med. Cannibis I found pain relief and I finally slept for a continuous 7 hours! The staff are the kindest and caring people. Being a nurse myself I know how important it is to be caring and patient with people who are dealing with medical problems. You may never know what a person suffers through on a daily basis, but the employees here treat you as an individual and truly care about each person to direct you towards the right medical cannibis to treat each individual problem. Thank you to the entire staff! It takes a team to put it all together!!!

Just renewed my card here. I really like this place, the wait is never long, and it makes life easier. The only slightly negative thing I have to say, is that sometimes the receptionist can be moody. It doesn't really make a difference to me much. But when I say hello how are you to someone, and they don't reply when they clearly heard me, I consider that rude. But besides that I give it two thumbs up

I've been a member of this dispensary for about two years now the first year was great everyone was very kind and reasonable and most of the staff was amazing. But the last four months has been hectic for me to go to the dispensary because the workers talk loudly about nonbusiness related things and for people who are sick it's hard to sit there in pain when all you want to do is get your medication and leave. Also the hours have become very inconvenient, 10 AM is a bit late for people who work and six is a little early for people that have to drive 45 minutes like myself just to get there. There was talk about switching hours to help patients get their medicine easier but that has not yet happened. I have found that the customer service and the quality of service given to patients has gone down significantly there in a rush to get you out and the receptionist not all but some are very impatient. They can also be very rude on the phone when the patient is trying to get information.

As a longtime customer, I truly admire and greatly appreciate the consumer-friendly business practices that CCC employs. Their customer service is beyond reproach as ALL staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. They spend as much time as necessary with me, regardless of how busy they may be at the time. I never feel rushed.The waiting room is comfortable and tastefully decorated, yet waiting time is rarely long. The room also serves as a social gathering place for patients to discuss use of their medications with each other.CCC has had the practice of offering 10% discounts during birthday and card renewal months. Additionally, they promote fun and cost-saving events all year round. Their reliable inventory and extraordinary variety of items could make any customer feel like a kid in a candy store!! I sure do!

An absolutely an amazing dispensary. Everyone that I've mete over the year's that have worked at CCC has be extremely helpful, caring, knowledgeable and over all wonderful people. The staff will go out of there way to work with what's best for you and give you the time needed to help you make sure you understand your purchases or recommendatio on how to use the products. I would highly recommend this dispensary to any person that obtains their MMJ license in CT. A+ rating in my opinion.

Update 07.2015/// the old vaporizers from curaleaf were somewhat challenging and with the help of compassionate care i was able to get replacement parts for them and eventually move to a new design away from the curaleaf brand.
