Feedback:

I've been a member of this dispensary for about two years now the first year was great everyone was very kind and reasonable and most of the staff was amazing. But the last four months has been hectic for me to go to the dispensary because the workers talk loudly about nonbusiness related things and for people who are sick it's hard to sit there in pain when all you want to do is get your medication and leave. Also the hours have become very inconvenient, 10 AM is a bit late for people who work and six is a little early for people that have to drive 45 minutes like myself just to get there. There was talk about switching hours to help patients get their medicine easier but that has not yet happened. I have found that the customer service and the quality of service given to patients has gone down significantly there in a rush to get you out and the receptionist not all but some are very impatient. They can also be very rude on the phone when the patient is trying to get information.
