I would highly recommend this dental practice. They are friendly, capable and efficient. My Hygienist- Ruth is so gentle when cleaning, I nearly fall asleep during every cleaning. And Dr Yi is very patient and understanding. He’s respectful of the patient’s opinions and feedback and not at all threatened by second opinions. I have been very happy with the services provided by this practice!

I am very happy to give 5 stars for Dental Care of Walnut Creek!!! This is my first dentist visit after moving to the Bay area. I called to make the appointment and they are super nice to make the available time for me. When I arrived at the office this Monday , I was warmly welcomed by the front desk, filling out the forms and waited less than 2 mins , they started my appointment right on time. One of the hygienists (I am sorry if I spell wrong, her name sounds Ms Roof?) came to help me do the teeth cleaning.etc. She is super nice and very friendly! What's more, I am very impressed by Dr.Yi 's professional knowledge. He is terrific! He is so patient to answer all my questions regarding my teeth. When I did my teeth filing this morning, he was so kind to telling me every steps and made my first teeth filling experience comfortable and no scary at all! Thank you so much Dr.Yi as well as all the staffs in Dental Care of Walnut Creek who helped me. I definitely recommend Dr.Yi and this place~! Thanks~

This was my first visit to Dr. Yi at Dental Care of Walnut Creek, after being with my previous dentist (just retired) for some 40 years.Needless to say, there is always some nervousness when such a routine gets changed. However, this dissipated very quickly. Ruth, the dental hygienist, was excellent. And I truly enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Yi. After taking some x-rays (I hadn't had new x-rays in 6 years), Dr. Yi pointed out two areas of concern; one very minor and a second of slightly greater importance. He then had a nice discussion with me regarding the pros and cons of various options. Since none of this rose to the level of an emergency, he allowed me full freedom to ponder the options at my own pace before making any decisions. I appreciated this approach.

I can't believe this place at all!!!! I've never made an appointment that I didn't keep. Must be a mistake. I call and they tell me it's for a cleaning that was done before a 6 month period. I tell them that that appointment was due to the adjustment of the crown causing me pain. There was no cleaning involved. They said they would look into it but now I'm getting a letter from a debt collector foot this!!!!! What the hell is this!!! Never ever will my family return to this dentist!!!

I can not find word to explain how am I exiting to have Dr. Greenfield as our family dentist. He is so kind , friendly and diligent doctor. Now, I forgot my previous frustrating dental clinic experience, feel so lucky to have so excellent dentist. Also, the patient care consultant Nely is so nice, thoughtful and beautiful women. She helped us a lot. We are very satisfied for all service and deeply appreciate them.

I've been seeing Dr. Abdou for a number of years, and he has always done a fantastic job with my teeth. He's installed a couple of crowns and also has done fillings for me - all done very gently, professionally and with a pleasant dentist's manners. Ruth is the hygienist who cleaned my teeth the past four times, and she was also very professional, efficient, friendly and got the cleanings done as quickly and painlessly as I imagine could be done!

I can’t recall when was my last feedback, but it’s been 1.5 years and time for an update. I have a great experience getting treated in Dental Care of Walnut Creek. Dr. Liu, Dr. Yi are both excellent, skillful, kind and patient. If you need root canal treatment, definitely choose Dr. Liu whose operation is pain-free, stress-free and 100% satisfaction. For regular detal treatment, Dr. Yi takes care of all my concerns with also 100% satisfaction. Last but not least, their dental hygenist was marvelous. She was nice and meticulous, cleaning every corner of my teeth with great patience.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Since childhood I was fearful and reluctant to go to the dentist, so 10 stars for a dentist is high praise from someone like me. I've been going to Dr. Greenfield for the past several years. Along with my regular cleanings, I've needed a few crowns + fillings during that time. He's always been knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic! The quality of his dental work has always left me impressed, (especially after a poor experience I had elsewhere many years ago). He takes the time to explain my x-rays to me too, which I greatly appreciate. I feel lucky to have found Dental Care of Walnut Creek! Everyone there is so friendly to me, appointments aren't difficult to make, the dental chairs all have privacy, modern decor, current technology, and overhead tv screens to calm your nerves. All charges are always discussed with me in advance, including what portion my insurance agreed to pay, so I've never had surprise bills later. I've already recommended them to family and friends. If you are undecided on a dentist and want a great experience, give them a call to see for yourself! :)

Dr. Yi is one of the best dentist I've ever had. He's thorough, personable, honest and has great bedside manners. He's always open-minded about dental needs or treatments and he will only recommend something if it's really needed. He's not one of those doctors who just tells you to get something done to because of the money or just because what you have is old. He's very practical and logical. I hope Dr. Yi continues to be our family dentist for years to come! His office staff is also very responsive.

Terrible. They get 2 stars because they got the work done that I needed (replacement crown) in a short time, partly because I called to say the temporary crown had fallen out and they told me the permanent crown had come in over a week earlier than my scheduled appointment. Problems: Total indifference to pain and incompetent and not transparent billing practices. I will not go back and will not recommend this office. Apparently, some dentists can do a crown replacement all in one visit, though that may cost more. Not this place, and they aren't inexpensive.1. Pain: My temporary crown had fallen out the night before they replaced it, so the root was sensitive. When they put the permanent crown in, no pain med at all. It was excruciating, and I tolerate pain fairly well. Then, after the dentist was done and the assistant was cleaning off the area around the crown, she was not gentle, though she knew I was in a LOT of pain. Then, at the end, she blasts it with cold water and I just pushed everything out of my mouth and wouldn't let her near me again. Seriously, I asked if they didn't have warm water in the office. Incompetent. 2. This office does not bill accurately to insurance. If they know the insurance won't cover it, they don't include it in the bill, even though I have paid it already. My FSA processor questioned the expense, and that's when I noticed the difference between the EOB and the receipt (which I had to ask the office to send me). Lots of unnecessary hassle over billing. They submitted another bill to the insurance, which they did not cover, and it is the wrong amount. They never gave me a copy of the costs that I agreed to, so I had nothing to reference.
