Feedback:

They lied to me about my results on a test I did, then when I came in two months later for something unrelated, they told me that they didn't do the test properly and have to do it again. But wait, they already called me months ago to tell me what the results are, and didnt bother to tell me the test didn't work until I came in two months later!! And now they are sending me two bills a month for the test. Why should I have to pay for a second test, after being lied to, and seeing how it isn't MY fault the test didn't work. That is a serious problem in my book, and I will be talking to someone about that. Worst clinic I have EVER visited.
