Feedback:

This is the worse dental clinic I have ever been to. Are you a new patient? They won’t tell you that your first appointment is NOT the regular cleaning like you scheduled and asked for. Nope, they will take a full mouth X-ray instead and then make you make another apt to get a cleaning. I’ve already had X-rays done within the year- why can’t they just be sent over from my previous dentist from out of state? Do most people have time to make multiple dentist appts? The real kicker, you then try and set up the cleaning you wanted - well they are completely booked and tell you that you must call back everyday a 730am to see if you can get in. Are you serious? I am YOUR patient and PAYING you, not the other way around. Why is it that every other clinic will take your name for a waitlist? Why is it at other clinics you can book 6months in advance but here their calendar isn’t open that far? People who working full time don’t have time for this BS. Not patient friendly.
