I had surgery a couple of weeks before I had my well check visit with Dr. Shannon Brodersen. This was going to be my visit with this doctor. The well check visit was scheduled before COVID was declared a pandemic. 2 weeks before my visit I had had a surgery. I called a day before my appointment to request a televisit appointment and my physician Dr. Shannon Brodersen refused to not only give me a televisit appt but also refused to take me on as a new patient. An email was sent to me by the doctor’s staff to inform me. I called to explain to the staff that I wasn’t able to drive due to my surgery just 2 weeks ago. And I had been to the hospital so my immune system had been compromised. This is why I preferred not to come into the practice and requested a televisit and not get anyone infected. The staff informed me that I should just call the new patient line and schedule with another physician. I was shocked by my experience with this doctor who I had not even met yet. I have never met a more insensitive physician than Dr. Shannon Brodersen. Someone that can be so unreasonable towards a patient who had just had surgery in the middle of a pandemic. I have always had very good experiences in the past with my physicians. So it is both shocking and sad to see that we have such healthcare providers at Providence.

Dr. Gaskari is so smart, kind and gentle! His staff absoultly amazing! This was my 5th colonoscopy and endoscopy in my 40 years and this was hands down the best and easiest on the patient side of things! Thanks Providence Medical Park!

Worst staff for any medical facility I've been in. The only surgery center on the planet that doesn't allow a spouse in to preop room with their spouse they are completely clueless and careless about the patient or family. Waiting area is so uncomfortable it will take me a week to recover from the pain of waiting for the incredibly slow uncaring staff to finish the procedure that should have been quick.

I am very happy with how quickly their office has responded to my medical needs. Adjusting my meds over the phone when I requested, ordering tests when the meds still didn't help, getting me in early for the tests, adding more just to be thorough. This was for the GI department through Dr Gaskari. He is a very good listener and very thorough doctor. His nurse is excellent and the surgical staff their were kind and professional, as well as quick!

First time parent, went and got lab work done which required my little girl (11mo) to get blood drawn. The providence lab was on it! They came out into the lobby and gave our little one heating pads on both arms to make sure veins were showing, and reassured us they'd get an experienced tech to draw. We had three workers with us the entire time in the back and when they found a vein they double checked to make sure it was a good spot. The draw was very quick, as quick as I think it could possibly go, and they only had to poke her once! They were kind to my baby girl, playing peekaboo and giving her toys throughout. I cannot recommend these guys enough and it did wonders to relieve my stress.

My wife had an appointment at 11. We promptly showed up at 1050 got to the check in to be told they were 2 hours behind. We would have loved a phone call since we had to arrange a baby sitter and drive an hour down to the appointment. The office just told us "we appreciate your understanding." I'm extremely disappointed in their services and wish there was another gastroenterology office in the area that would be more prompt or at least had the decency to let us know so we could make better arrangements for our infant.

Nice new facility and convenient location, but the worst scheduling system ever. No coordination between doctors or departments. Have had to make several (3+)trips to do what could have easily been done in one or two visits with a little scheduling attention. Highly disappointed, this could have been a gem but falls into the same inefficient loops every medical institution is facing..

It is sad to read all these awful reviews. I got Lucky I guess. I saw Dr. Brian Mitchell for my torn labrum in my left hip and he did the surgery. I will be returning to have him 5o the other one in a few months. Both times my family and I were here I was treated very well in all aspects. Maybe it is just the urgent care and inland imaging there that are having issues with people from what I have read. I was very pleased with the reception both times and the doctors office I saw. My surgeon isn't always at this location.

Was bitten in the neck and face and the dog park. Was taken to Valley Hospital by ambulance. I recieved fast and excellent care. PA went the extra mile cleaning the deep wounds due to potential infection.Excellent care.Hope you dont have to go, but if you do you are in good care

I have had very minor issues at the facility, I would use it often. However, Everytime I have gone it seems there is a lack of handicap parking available and even available parking usually ends up so far away that I find myself unable to use the facility. This may not be a problem at off hours. But for a new public facility this is really sad
