This really is the future of healthcare. When you need to see a doctor, it can sometimes mean things aren't going so well. Matt made the experience anything but miserable. I needed stitches in my face. I was quite concerned with potential scarring. He talked through everything with me. Listened to my concerns. Gave me every option available, including going elsewhere for care by a plastic surgeon who specializes in such things. He expressed confidence that he could place the sutures and get good results. In the end, he did and absolutely fabulous job. I'll be very surprised if I have anything more than a very fine scar. The office was clean and professional. They are very knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about their patients. The game changer for me is the availability and affordability of DPC's business model. I don't have to wait days or weeks for an appointment, I can be seen when I need to or want to. The cost of anything and everything you could need from a general/family practice office visit is a fraction of what it would be anywhere else. I highly recommend anyone to go see Direct Primary Care.
