Well..it's Not So Much ..Spectrum rates 5 Stars..But the Service Dept in Billings Montana..Tiffany...Spent alot of Time on the Phone Customizing My Account and Sending the New Equiptment...Thank you..... more

If you call to cancel your service that is good till the end of the billing period, then they will cancle it the moment you call. Their miscommunication lead me to have no internet for weeks. If you call back they will only reactivate your account on the 31st of the month. Yet another bad ISP in my opinion.EDIT:Went from one star to three because if you visit them in person they will assist you. DO NOT CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I have a feeling their customer service agents are from TWC and not actual Spectrum employees.

ended up spending 4 + hours on the phone and still had to call back multiple times after that. Not to mention you still had to send a technician out! When i asked for my bill to be lowered or for an additional box free of charge i got only a one time discount of $13.00. Additionally i had to call back to get you to honor that $13.00 credit. I spent one night on the phone from the moment i walked in the door till i went to sleep... I ate dinner on the phone, showered on the phone, put my kid to sleep on the phone, then went to bed worked 12 hours, and when i walked in the next day i had to call you back and spend another hour on the phone... Crediting me for the $1.60 for not having service for 4 or 5 days is a spit in the face! Charter is the only high speed option in my area and they SUCK! FML Charter Gets ZERO 0 Stars, they dont even deserve 1 star!

My wife cancelled our TV service effective Saturday because it's just too expensive for us and I went to turn in the receivers. I was told that they had no record of that even though the TV receivers stopped working. Then I was told she had to be the one to turn in the equipment. (Company policy) When I said I wanted to record her refusing the equipment she made an exception. Thank you for that. $190 for TV and internet, too expensive.
