Well..it's Not So Much ..Spectrum rates 5 Stars..But the Service Dept in Billings Montana..Tiffany...Spent alot of Time on the Phone Customizing My Account and Sending the New Equiptment...Thank you..PTSD is a Hard Disorder to Deal With...Her Dedication too Making Sure my Service was Straightened Out..Relieved me Of A Serious amount Of UN Nessasary Stress..5 Stars to Spectrum Service -Billing Montana...The Customer Service in The Lake Elsnore region..Needs alot Of Work...I'd Rate Lake Elsnore around 3 Stars..Service Respectful..Yes Ptsd Friendly...Yes.
