If I could give it 10 stars I would!! I had an iPhone X that suddenly stopped working on me my stuff was not backed up and I was dying because a years worth of pictures was on it. Went to Apple store in Temecula in hopes of them being able to help me recover my lost stuff, waited about 4 hours to be told my only option after them not being able to fix it was to purchase a new phone. I was heartbroken. Then I was thinking what I could do and I thought about The Phone Doc as he had previously fixed a screen on another phone. And I thought I’d have him give it a try to see if anything could be done. And HE DID IT! Checked my phone out found the problem and was able to make it work for me to recover my pictures. Couldn’t be more happy and thankful! Definitely recommended!!!

I was driving down Florida and saw the sign for the phone doc. Went down Monday when they opened and was greeted by Anthony. He was helpful, friendly, honest and informative. Brought in 2 iPhones for repair, 1 was bent with a cracked screen the other had a shattered screen. They were fixed in no time at all. So, if you need a phone, tablet etc fixed take them here! They’re awesome! Let’s keep our small businesses in town going! Great job phone doc! Thanks for the GREAT Service!

After many detrimental mall kiosk visits, I came across this location (by accident) and I am so glad that I did! Went in with my iPhone 7 having a Touch ID issue, my phone was opened up and the problem located right away. Due to a disconnected cable, unable to just “reconnect” my screen was replaced..very quick process, verified my Touch ID was properly functioning before my payment was taken. Highly recommend :)

My mother's phone broke late in the afternoon. She runs a small business, and with the current COVID-19 pandemic, she has been handling everything through her phone so it was important to get it fixed ASAP. Most places are closed, or had reduced hours due to the situation. When I called The Phone Doc I got greeted by a very pleasant man, that even though he was closing in 10mins, he has willing to wait for us to come over and get the phone fixed. We were so happy and thankful! He was also very professional, he did an assessment on the phone and told us of other issues the phone had. Everything was very transparent though: he would only fix what we wanted to get fixed. Plus the price was very fair! Health measures were also taken: things handled via phone and the visit in person was done at a safe distance. Very recommended!

Needed a new battery in my phone and had no idea who to see or where to go so i just let my fingers do the walking and found PHONE DOCS add and number so went down and met ANTHONY and he was very friendly and the more we talked i found out how knowledgeable he really is about phone of all kinds along with tablets and more. He has very reasonable prices and has a real fast turnaround.I will recommend him to all of my friends and family THANKS

My son dropped his phone at a concert and it got stepped on and broke 😖 I saw this place online and people spoke highly about it so we gave it a try hoping it was fixable. Right away Anthony said yes it’s fixable and to come back In about 30 minutes. We came back and my sons phone was totally fixed . And we were happy and relieved! Everything was quick, smooth, affordable and convenient!!! And Anthony was nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place and already have!

He saved my 2 iPhones today!!!!!!! He is a very honest and a very nice guy!! He fixed my daughter’s iphone screen and camera and it looks like a brand new now!!! One more best thing is I had an useless iPhone 8 that nobody couldn’t figure it out what was going on and the apple people told me they can diagnose it but it will cost for $350!! So I took it to him today and he just figured it out and now I can use my iphone!!!! He didn’t even charge for it!!! Thank you soooo much!! You are the best!!!

This was honestly the best experience I could’ve had in getting my phone fixed. We got a quick response on yelp and the whole process was fast and easy. When we got there he was very nice and walked us through all the possible outcomes. He was very thorough, friendly, and made the process super painless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
