Feedback:

My mother's phone broke late in the afternoon. She runs a small business, and with the current COVID-19 pandemic, she has been handling everything through her phone so it was important to get it fixed ASAP. Most places are closed, or had reduced hours due to the situation. When I called The Phone Doc I got greeted by a very pleasant man, that even though he was closing in 10mins, he has willing to wait for us to come over and get the phone fixed. We were so happy and thankful! He was also very professional, he did an assessment on the phone and told us of other issues the phone had. Everything was very transparent though: he would only fix what we wanted to get fixed. Plus the price was very fair! Health measures were also taken: things handled via phone and the visit in person was done at a safe distance. Very recommended!
