They are CLEARLY taking advantage of the virus and people not being able to see what they are buying! Only allowed 4 minutes to purchase and no refunds or exchanges. I just bought "live sugar" that is all sauce and was stored improperly and is all over the lid and cant be used! When I went back in to show them the budtender was rude and acted like it was a joke! I will not be going back! I have spent hundreds of dollars here before this but I wont be taken advantage of!

Great service was in Thursday around 130.Wait time was low. The ladies that took care of me were great. Personable and helpful.The White widow was on point. Tasty and strong. Love this classic strain, and I haven't had it this right in a bit. Thanks. Just what the Dr ordered.

Any where can beat their prices and they constantly change them to trick you to coming to their store.. Fooled me for the last time no thanks and the weed is not worth the service. Other places have better and they act like you are a friend not a nuisance like the 2 people here that work here. There fb site is even gone because they are not a steady business I would not be surprised if they go out of business soon.

Avoid this place, I'll start by saying I love the other location I just went in and got a pax battery a week ago and the employees were fantastic, however this location much different experience. I placed an online order and after receiving my email confirming my order I drove the hour from Colorado springs to get there, and found out that they didn't have most of my order. When I asked why they couldn't contact me or update their menu, they stated they were too busy. Now this is what made me mad as I was the only person in the store. Bottom line the employees are truly unprofessional and I would say take your business eleswhere.

I previously reviewed this place very poorly. However, i went back for a return visit and the budtender in charge had really stepped it up in there. It was a night/day change since last visit, the woman in question had changed her personal appearance and definitely for the better. Much more professional second time around and i had a good experience. Thank you! This place has the best concentrate prices around....

Very well organized shop might be small but good things come in small packages the flower here tastes better than anywhere in town out of 17 different dispensaries that I've been to so don't waste your time I've been smoking for over 26 years these guys know what they're doing and their daily prices beat most people's deals can't go wrong coming here and tell them I sent you

They have excellent and Priced Right dab waxes shatter's and live resins all at incredible deals from reputable vendors and they also carry Evo labs they had a decent selection of flower at a decent price location is a bit a little far out there but we all know how Pueblo is with its marijuana laws. They also have day-to-day specials the only things I did not like was it seemed like certain things were incredibly well priced and presented while other things almost seemed hidden because I planned on picking up some cartridges today for my vape pen and I was going to buy their in-house cartridges that I had heard good things about but they rushed me so much even though they were friendly and they were busy but they rushed me so much I didn't get a chance to spend more money there and get to try out their pens so I guess it's their loss overall though I give them a 3.8

So i am probably the last customer you want to deal with. I work in the industry and am very knowledgeable when it comes to cannabis. Im also extremely picky and difficult to please. Regardless of this, the 2 young ladies that always serve me have been extremely polite to me and have tried very hard to make happy as a customer. They even remember my strict preference to indica strains.

Waited 25 minutes just to have the staff let their friend who just walked in cut in front of me and five other people. Poor quality concentrates, given wrong items and holes in the joints constantly. I used to be a long time customer but over the past couple years the service here has gone downhill, today's treatment was the last straw for me and I'm never going back or purchasing anything affiliated with this store. I work with a lot of tourists and people from out of town, and I won't recommend this place anymore, in fact I'm going to warn them to stay away.
