Waited 25 minutes just to have the staff let their friend who just walked in cut in front of me and five other people. Poor quality concentrates, given wrong items and holes in the joints constantly. I used to be a long time customer but over the past couple years the service here has gone downhill, today's treatment was the last straw for me and I'm never going back or purchasing anything affiliated with this store. I work with a lot of tourists and people from out of town, and I won't recommend this place anymore, in fact I'm going to warn them to stay away.
