First time at Mini of San Diego. Exceptional experience from the minute I dropped my car and was personally escorted to the waiting room and the Covid Safety Process was explained well. Anthony was my advisor and had been recommended by a fellow mini driver. Anthony did a great job getting me set up for my appointment, answered a few questions I had about the mini (as I was a new owner). Good communication through out the day and picked up my car as promised later in the same day.Thanks to all who made it a safe yet still customer service focused experience. Car is good to go for many more miles!I will be back!

Love the staff and customer service they provide. Very personable. I needed to obtain items from my car and as it would seem an inconvenience they were very accommodating and just nice. And I shared with them how the car I was using was a gas guzzler so they said they will try and work on it as soon as possible. It was completed that evening! That is what you call customer service! Thank you Mini of San Diego. And my mini is running perfect!

Always great service. Always professional. And in this complex and trying time they maintain the upmost cleaning and sanitizing process to insure your car is safe when its returned to you after service. Although this was a standard of theirs prior to the pandemic. We love San Diego Mini. While you are there I highly recommended stopping into the parts area for some fun Mini stuff. It has always been a great experience. Keep up the good work! We really appreciate our Service Manager Terry Zito. Always goes above and beyond to make sure our Mini is always in tip top shape. I just cant thank him enough. He is an asset to San Diego Mini and he is the reason why we only have our car serviced and maintained at San Diego Mini! Even the smallest thing they are there for us. Thank you to everyone there. Everyone is just simply awesome!

I have been taking my Car to Eric at Mini of San Diego ,he is Awesome Fixes what needs to be fixed ,doesn’t try to Sell me on things I do not need, however keeps me up to date on all me Service needs , which actually keeps my Cost down, taking your Car to a Good Dealer to have it worked on yes can Actually save U money, because they know your Car and know what to look out for, other Car Mechanics May fix the problem, but if they do not know your Vehicle as well and do not know what to look out for. Dont buy here! Whatever you do, do not service your vehicle here either! This Penske owned auto dealership is a Joke. You’ll have nothing but trouble filled with a bunch of lies, empty promises, they will tell you what you want to hear and then do something different or Nothing. The service department is even worse they don’t even know how to do the simplest things, correctly..

I am a new Mini Owner.. I’ve had my JCW for less than a year and had to take it in a few times for minor issues.. every time I arrive, the service department is super busy but they tend to be on top of it. The service department has a specific flow that gets you in and out quickly. I have never had to wait very long to be helped. The best part is I’m always provided with a loner car. . And getting a loner car makes zero stress and peace of mind. My experience has been pretty awesome. Thanks everyone!!! Great team.

I have owned two Mini’s that I bought from Mini of San Diego and have had serviced exclusively by them. I couldn’t be happier with the team at Mini SD! They are accessible, helpful, friendly, timely, and always provide great service. Terry Zito, the service manager really has built a wonderful team of service advisors that are consistently helpful just like him. My service advisor Anthony Palomo has helped me for the past 6 years and with both of my Minis. I can’t say enough about this man! He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with their service. I’m grateful to work with the Mini team! Thank you to you all!

Wow. One of the best experiences at a car dealer ever. Mini is just fun car and culture there is so helpful and friendly. Yari Torre is the absolute best and helped during and well after our purchase. I would definitely ask for her when going there as she went above and beyond to help and not once was ever pushy (refreshing). Can’t say enough good things about her. If you are reading, good luck in your search.

I can’t say enough about Anthony P. ( two years as my service advisor) He originally found that my used car from Carmax had a warranty and I paid for one from Carmax when I didn’t have too since the original owner had one from Mini. With that warranty I was able to get free oil changed And schedule maintenance with Mini for the 5 year warranty at no cost. W-H-A-T a blessing. Anthony has been nothing short of just a all around great guy. He knows these cars and knows the way to calm someone down given the enormous overwhelming sensation of bitter people once your car breaks down!!Anthony is chill. He just gets it. He knows how to reassure me ( or you) and will tell you all about the car and what the inspections revealed.Recently Dan C did the work on my oil change and my brakes were at a 1mm and he actually FILMED my service appt showing me around my car. That is something I cannot pay for enough to see the actual work that need to be done and the things that are in good/great shape. All that was sent to me BEFORE paying, This dealership isn’t just “okay”... all of the advisors here are great. I’ve even had Autumn help me while “Ant” was outta town. I’m a tough critic ( just look at my yelp page) and I will go here always!
