I have been a patient at this clinic, with Dr. Durch, since 2005 and have never had a negative visit. He always seems to remember conversations that we've had, even just personal life things. Very friendly and tries to give you the time he can. When there was an issue with billing, the billing office (different location) worked with my insurance to fix it.The only time's I've had to wait on hold for more than five minutes was on a Monday, just after opening. Otherwise, I've spoken with someone pretty quickly. Appointments have not been more than a week out either.I understand that there will be one offs, but to put a review on a doctor and not the clinic for an issue is not fair.

In the meantime my name was called I went in with dietitian. Had my 40 min consultation asked again how much I was being charge still no one wanted to give me an answer. So I now I have received my 348.00 dollar bill for my consultation not with a doctor but a dietitian. I totally feel ripped off by these people I called the number on my bill and was told its just the way it is. well I think it sucks. I know no one that works there would pay this much for so little. hope this saves someone there hard earned money!!!! PS my bill is not due for 3 more days and they charged me 2.48 for interest also.
