Feedback:

I have been a patient at this clinic, with Dr. Durch, since 2005 and have never had a negative visit. He always seems to remember conversations that we've had, even just personal life things. Very friendly and tries to give you the time he can. When there was an issue with billing, the billing office (different location) worked with my insurance to fix it.The only time's I've had to wait on hold for more than five minutes was on a Monday, just after opening. Otherwise, I've spoken with someone pretty quickly. Appointments have not been more than a week out either.I understand that there will be one offs, but to put a review on a doctor and not the clinic for an issue is not fair.
