Feedback:

Pretty good considering they are one of few (or the only?) rental companies in La Grande. They were prompt with starting maintenance requests and would get back to you quickly if you needed something. Only complaint is that our owners were having friends come around the property when we were not there to do work and without our permission so I contacted Century 21 and the matter never really seemed to be resolved. Other than that, they were great and never made us pay for any of the reasonable maintenance to the house.
