I am not sure who they have answering the phones these days, but I have never been treated so rudely before at any physicians office. Sounds like they don't want business or insurance money. I really hate posting negative reviews, but I hope the physicians in the office read this review, so they can understand why they're lacking patients - since nobody can get through to them. Sorry docs, but I've tried to talk to you, and it's unfortunate a negative google review is the only way i can communicate. I know some of the doctors are great, but since I can't talk to them via video chat, sadly, i think my 3-year relationship with this medical group is ending. Nothing like feeling left out in the cold when you need a doctor at your side. Seems like customer service has changed ever since Dr. Viglione left. I tried to set up a video chat/appointment, and was told to "hang up and call somebody else" multiple times.
