I am not sure who they have answering the phones these days, but I have never been treated so rudely before at any physicians office. Sounds like they don't want business or insurance money. I really hate posting negative reviews, but I hope the physicians in the office read this review, so they can understand why they're lacking patients - since nobody can get through to them. Sorry docs, but I've tried to talk to you, and it's unfortunate a negative google review is the only way i can communicate. I know some of the doctors are great, but since I can't talk to them via video chat, sadly, i think my 3-year relationship with this medical group is ending. Nothing like feeling left out in the cold when you need a doctor at your side. Seems like customer service has changed ever since Dr. Viglione left. I tried to set up a video chat/appointment, and was told to "hang up and call somebody else" multiple times.

Been here twice now for the little one. Each the experience has been excellent. YES! There is a wait time and we've waited max 20 min while everything is being set up. I've NEVER been ANYWHERE in Ca where there hasn't been some type of wait for MD visits. Anyway, all the staff here has been super nice and professional so far and our Pediatrician Dr. Kambria Ripp is great. I'm sure all the other Peds are great as well. Plus, there are lots of little things to keep the kiddos entertained also. Parking is fairly simple with free valet. If you're not into that sort of stuff there is plenty of structure parking (super tight) and outside parking as well (good luck with that). All in all good experience so far.

I'm very impressed by the way Jessica Salvador did help me with her professionalism and fast response to provide me with the medical supplies which I need a lot sooner than I thought, sure I am amazed by her excellent knowledge, great experience, patience, extreme willing to help. I wrote some reviews in the past, but for Jessica I feel that my all thankful humble words and the five stars it's not good enough to discribe her great service.The Edinger Medical Group should be proud to have Jessica work at their facility and should be highly rewarded, so if anyone need some help should ask for Jessica by name, she is the one ready to help you and sincerely I do wish for her the best. 🏅👍

Please do NOT be another victim of this Medical Group ! First, they overcharged my insurance for Wellness Preventative Exam which should be covered in full by any insurance company. Second, they also tried to collect me for the difference of their overcharged fees. In addition, the Vietnamese female doctor also was very unprofessional and incompetent. In fact, she did not thoroughly exam my children comparing to other doctors elsewhere. I would not EVER come back to this office or recommend it to anyone. So please be advised and stay far away as you can from this Medical Group!

I would give it a 0 if I could. The chinese doctor that I went to see for backpain - gave me injections without finding out how much out of pocket it would cost for me. She also gave me 4 different drugs, which were completely unnecessary. This hospital is all about money AND NOT PATIENT CARE. Same thing with my son and his eczema - gave him topicals and just said - that's the way it is. First off - you don't take your car to the dealership for service and just say fix everything and charge me whatever. And you don't prescribe the highest level of pain killer (which I didn't even use). You usually start with a dose that would help and increase if needed. This place is garbage and I'm glad to have made my final visit. These guys are in the old ages.

Doctors here are great, but the staff never picks up the phones, answers messages, and are pretty rude in person. What's the use of good physicians if you can't efficiently get to them? This team needs lots of improvements.Edit: after being with Edinger Medical goup for a few years my family has switched to another medical group in Orange County that we've been with for a few months now. It's a bit further for us to travel now, but the level of care from PCP's, specialists, and general staff at the new medical group is so much more thorough and proactive than what we thought we were getting from Edinger. We are glad we switched away from Edinger as we can see a clear difference in resources and care.

We moved out of the area more than a decade ago but still drive over an hour (sometimes longer when there's traffic) to see EMG's doctors. With our busy lives, their staff always accommodates and works with our schedule. We have recommended EMG to all our family and friends. All the doctors here are great, especially Dr. Don!
