Doctors here are great, but the staff never picks up the phones, answers messages, and are pretty rude in person. What's the use of good physicians if you can't efficiently get to them? This team needs lots of improvements.Edit: after being with Edinger Medical goup for a few years my family has switched to another medical group in Orange County that we've been with for a few months now. It's a bit further for us to travel now, but the level of care from PCP's, specialists, and general staff at the new medical group is so much more thorough and proactive than what we thought we were getting from Edinger. We are glad we switched away from Edinger as we can see a clear difference in resources and care.
