The customer service is terrible when attempting to make a new account on their website. First attempt they gave me someone else's account who had a slightly similar name to mine. The second attempt they made a brand new account (which took them two days), and they didn't input all of my account information. This normally wouldn't be a problem if you could fill it in yourself, but the site locks and refuses to let you change anything. This also prevents you from buying it, as it gives you numerous errors like "No delivery address, city, or state listed". This also prevents you from changing your temporary password, and ordering anything. It took FIVE EMAILS to even get them to get my full name, and PARTIAL ADDRESS. They still don't have everything in the damn fields. I understand they are probably busy, flooded with orders, and dealing with quarantine like everyone else, but this is HORRIBLE service. I would suggest someone else.

It's an ok place to get meds. I just hate all the taxes they impose. Other storefronts seem to have a little less extra fees added on. For instance, shipping fees?? I drove there and walked out with my carts, I had nothing delivered to me. Then they have the nerve to put out a tip jar? For what, walking 2 feet away and opening a drawer and gathering my order? I only come here when I really have to, otherwise I save my time and money. I'd rather deal with a grower then get gouged by the city, state, and dispensary. Or there's Theraleaf, which is on the east end of Timothy drive. they have the same products at a better price, only a smaller selection.

Awesome place super friendly staff. Always come here to pick up my carts. Really it's the only place I go. I even had a cart not work. Took it back and they exchanged it no hassles or complaints. They just took it tested it and then exchanged it. Select is where it's at. Love those carts. Stop by here for anything. The staff alone is worth checking out.

OMG I can’t believe I have discovered this place so late but it’s the best Darn Dispensary in the whole Bay Area. Today I had the honor to be assisted by bud tender Kriste ! I was having a horrible night from feeling sick and throwing up. When I came in Kriste greeted me with so much kindness and warmth. I was impressed with her knowledge and how well she knew about all the products. Even though I was under the weather she was quick and she made some great suggestions. I am more than impressed with the service here and the prices and the products too.

best part about this place is the building/floorplan itself which is set up nicely.Insanely high prices on mediocre flower selection, and a convoluted menu made it hard to find what i wanted.Rude staff made me feel unwelcome as soon as i stepped through the door.Definitely not coming back.

The service was very good and the place is well set out and clean. There is a check in process which doesn't take long at all. Many returning customers came while I was checking in. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time using cannabis products and so I didn't know what to look for but Brent helped me and I have been sleeping soundly ever since! I'll be back before I head back to NZ. Highly recommend Elementaland for CBD wellness products. Well done team! ♥ 👏

Arguably the best dispensary in the area. Prices for most things seem comparable to others, but Elemental's discount programs really set them apart. Check out their website and get on their mailing list to see what I mean. Best incentives for new members as well, I've yet to see anywhere else in the area with so many incentives since statewide legalization was passed. They have an online menu that's kept up to date so you can get a gauge of what you want before you even step foot inside. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. The store layout is well thought out and spotless too. Seems like these businesses catch a lot of flak in the media but Elemental really shows how things can be done and I hope that by their professionalism and increased popularity the stigmas surrounding cannabis are broken down.

I got really sick off of a select cartridge that I later found out was fake. EWC did not care if there was any other contaminated product. They only told me the response attached, and when I called them they "did not know what to do" if it was in fact a fake. How about give me a refund? How about check your stock for fake product? What if other people get sick? I vape a lot, as you can see, and this is not a normal select cherry pie cart. You can buy a fully branded unfilled cherry pie cart with branded box off DH gate. Not one care given. I might be trippin' but if I was in their shoes I would at least give a response that isn't "You're wrong."

I love coming here. The spacing and displays have a good feel. When I went to airfield dispensary I felt rather claustrophobic, but this place feels more open and inviting that even includes a seating area. I have not had any issues with their products and I appreciate the friendliness, the patience, and the knowledgeability of the bud tenders.Their parking is a bit wonky, but it also has a private feel which I can appreciate.

Don't go here they are robbing ppl. If you use your debit card they make the transaction as if I were withdrawing money from an atm machine not like other company's such as harborside. Being that they took the money from me like I was withdrawing money for weed, instead of charging my card for the amount, I got hit with a 2.50 dollar (non-authorized atm withdrawal) fee by my bank thanks elemental wellness center for ruining the trust I use to have for you, this is coming from a 9 year customer.
