I like that the massages are personable. Tailored to my needs. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and makes your experience easy and enjoyable. I LOVE My Elements Massage! I became a member of the Wellness Program because it's beneficial to me to invest in myself, my wellness, my peace. I'll NEVER give it up! Thank you Elements for bringing peace back into my world! 💝

I decided to have my 1st massage ever and ended up choosing elements to try out and aim glad I did. Both ladies at front desk were very friendly and professional and when ready Meli gave me a 1hr deep tissue massage and she was great! Explained her process to me and during massage made sure I was comfortable, told me what she was doing, making sure it was not too hard for me, etc. I’m just in town for a short time, but if I end up staying longer I will go back, or next time in town for sure! Thanks Meli for making my 1st time comfortable and getting my angry back settled down!

I did not have a good experience last time. I am too shy to tell them directly as it’s always been good. The person who gave me the massage just was not interested, or at least looked that way to me. I might cancel my membership. You spend a lot of money and end up feeling like that when you are in there and when you come out. Meh. Let down.Update:Increased the rating accordingly as they contacted and me to resolve the issue.Thanks for getting back to me. I really appreciate that. Hope it is just a one off. Please let me know how can I use the 90min complimentary massage. I do have a membership with you guys! Thanks again for looking out for your members and I appreciate the offer.

While my initial visit was not great, management made things right and I had a very pleasant experience the second time. It was like night and day between the first massage therapist and the second. My advice would be to really ask the front desk who would best suite your needs instead of taking whoever is available. I don't think I'd want to see anyone else in the future. I am grateful to the GM who turned my experience around.

I was told that I would receive calls / texts / email reminders and those never came. as a result they charged me $50 for no call no show. I was never told about the no call no show fee. If I was never told I would get reminders I would’ve put the appointment into my phone. My gp, dermatologist, car dealerships all send me text reminders for appointments. I don’t mind putting reminders into my phone but don’t tell me you’re sending texts or emails if you aren’t. And you should make it very clear about your cancellation policies.

4 weeks ago I booked a couples message. Last night I started getting a a severe cough. This morning my husband and I both wake up sick. I call to cancel our messages and am told they will charge $45 to cancel same day. I have been a member for 2 years I am canceling today because this company is so greedy they would rather have people or are sick getting messages than to accommodate their members. Also my appointment was not until 6:15 pm and I called at 9:30 amEdit: manager did call and offer a refund but the money has not been refunded back to my bank account. Also very disturbing that on Facebook my review was replied to but I am blocked from seeing what was said.

This elements is everything you could ever want in a massage experience. The different therapist have their specialties. I had Leticia, who also had experience in reflexology. She was amazing, listen to my specific needs and address them. She checked several times to make sure the pressure was right for me. I left very relaxed and will be going back for another visit. the wellness program is a phenomenal deal. Definitely check this place out. Five stars.

I loved everything about my experience! I was able to get an appointment immediately. Sydney at the front desk was so nice and friendly. Josh gave me my massage and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! He listened to what I wanted and focused on my problem areas. Overall it was the best massage experience I’ve ever had and I HIGHLY recommend going into Elements Massage. You will not be disappointed!!

Check your credit card statements!!! They keep your card information on file and charge it later even if you already paid, without your permission or signature. I decided to give Elements a 2nd change after they cancelled our massages twice last minute in December. My boyfriend had never had a massage before and I thought this would be a great gift for Christmas; everything was great even though the massages were not 60 mins, I was happy he was finally able to get his massage. Our total was $138 together, we gave tips in cash and handed over three $50 gifts cards from spa finder ($150). The girl up front return one gift card saying I still had $12 left (150-138=12), perfect went about our way. Last Monday, I checked my CC statement and seen that Elements had charged me $50. I called to get $50 refunded back and they couldn't figure out what had happened or why. After being on hold several times and speaking to a lead I was told I'd be refunded $50. Okay no problem... so I thought. Today I check my statement and I was refunded $38 of the $50. I get it, it's $12 no big deal but I'm not okay with my card being charged without my permission or signature after paying the full amount. Currently waiting for a call back to hear what excuse they have this time. The price I was charged was not worth the "60 min" massages we received. Better customer service at Massage Envy and no scheduling conflicts.

More than Excellent service Vanessa's professional service is abundantly above and beyond expectations her caring attitude and extra attention 2 detail is so very appreciated also she goes above what's expected and goes further 2 really help her clients like nothing of the like.
