Feedback:

I dropped into ECCF while on vacation and had a great time. The space is clean and organized, the members are welcoming, and the programming is accessible to all levels. The class included a thorough warm-up and cooldown, which I greatly appreciated. Jake, the coach, was friendly and encouraging, and offered a variety of progressions to scale the workout if needed. I would definitely come back and would recommend ECCF to anyone in the area.
