Feedback:

I started at Emerald City CrossFit over 3 years ago and I can't imagine going anywhere else! The coaches are safety-focused, helpful, and energetic, the people are welcoming, and I always leave feeling like I've had a great workout. The coaches know how to encourage you to make sure you are pushing yourself and growing, but are always focused on form and safety above anything else. The owners and coaches are always looking for ways to offer more than just a CrossFit gym to members, including as mobility classes, yoga, running, and kettlebell workshops. Along with awesome programing, ECCF really focuses on building a community of people who are there to cheer each other on every day!
