Feedback:

I have been doing xfit for a while and am familiar with a lot of gyms in the area. This gym is probably in the top three as far as programming and workouts. The workouts have a nice mix of core, body weight and heavy lifting exercises. The workout progression throughout the week has an excellent flow. The gym accommodates experienced and new xfitters alike. The owners are also members which gives them a perspective most xfit gym owners do not have (they also coach). Highly recommend this gym!
