Of my 4 and 1/2 years doing Crossfit, Emerald City has been home for the last 1.5 of that. Crossfit has completely changed the way I work out for the better. As I was getting older, I wasn't getting the same results I wanted doing my standard weight lifting routine. Crossfit pushes me mentally and physically and I'm far healthier for it. The coaching here is top notch with safety and proper technique the highest priority. The community of great people to do these workouts with is icing on the cake! Melinda and Seth let you do a free workout to try it out before committing. If you're looking to change up your routine, definitely give the box a try!
