Loved going here lived super close for almost two years. Pretty much a second home. everyone knows me and my boyfriend by name as he and I share an account. Sadly a female budtender really has no self respect and tried to tie in her job with her personal account where she posts photos of herself in lingerie. I guess in order to get tips she has to promote herself to the male clients.

I stopped by today and noticed that most of the employees were not wearing mask. I asked the person at the front why and she said that wearing mask was voluntary. I left without making a purchase and will not return because, as an elder person, when I see people not wearing masks, I know that they don’t care about other people’s health and that includes the business Enlighten Alaska. It does not care enough about its customer’s health to have it's employees bear a minor inconvenience, but they are more than willing to take your money. I will never shop there again. RSW

Omg folks this is truly one of my happy places I suffer from a couple ailments And very anti social at times.......They always take care of meSince coming here the staff are always friendly helpful and they understand thier customers needs while keeping the community in mind......Did I mention they recycle and got that bomb bomb church 🤣🤣🤣🤣On a good note I recommend the heavy hitting indicas

I only have use of one hand from a chainsaw injury. I went to enlighten Alaska to look for a indca to help with the pain. I purchased a 1/2 gram of blueberry crumble from this store. When I tried to open the package it was saturated in oil. I could not get the paper out without getting oil all over my hands. Within 20 minutes of purchasing the product I asked them to exchange it for another one. They refuse and said the best they could do is offer me a 20% discount on another purchase. I explain to them I did not have a need to make multiple purchases. When I asked them why they couldn't exchange the product they said it was state law. So I asked if they could get me the discount on the product I bought already. A product that was unusable without burning paper. I am surprised that this retailer was given an award for the best retail experience. They made multiple attempts to explain how buying more products from their store was my best option rather than looking at how they could solve the problem that they sold me. This has been the worst product and customer experience I have purchased from a legal cannabis store.

I have been to this dispensary 3 times now and every single time I go in, the staff is genuinely happy to see me and they know their stuff. Today Jonathan helped me out. He is very knowledgeable and dope af. Thank you for all of the suggestions, and although I leave in a week and a half to move overseas, I will be back to this shop before I go. I can't remember the cute lady with the half shaved head that helped me last week, but she was amazing and knowledgeable about the products as well. Like I said, I've only had the best experiences here! Amazing products, good prices, and excellent customer service! Must check them out!

Great selection with a very helpful and friendly staff! Only been to one other shop in town but that visit very much underwhelmed me. Enlighten had everything I could have wanted and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. Overall very satisfied with my purchases and I will absolutely be returning to them when I find myself in need! 😀
