Feedback:

I have been to Erba about 6 times as it is the closets to my house . Last time I went in , I crossed a misunderstanding with one of the rep there ( no one fault ) which cAuse for me to purchase the wrong item , I went back to the store and explained them my concern , the manager and me didn’t have the same view on the situation , I ended up leaving and emailing on the site , 5 minutes the owner called me , I explained him the situation and expressed my views Long story short , I am writing this review letting everyone know that the owner him self cares about his patients and he will take time toHelp you , he ended up delivering to me the right purchase . Real nice guy that understand what’s right .. He took the negative and turned it to a realPositive situation . Great business core.
