Erba would be fun for a bougie tourist, but I find it to be over priced and annoying. The parking situation is terrible. Getting in and buying what you want takes surprisingly long. They have a ton of random products, but not necessarily what you want. Go here only for the experience and if you want some foo-foo CBD thingy. The worst, most annoying thing of all is that they send sales text messages without consent. Additionally, all of my attempts to block and stop these sales texts have failed. When I called to ask why I'm getting sales texts that I do not want, the lady on the phone was sassy about it.

Last time I went in , I crossed a misunderstanding with one of the rep there ( no one fault ) which cAuse for me to purchase the wrong item , I went back to the store and explained them my concern , the manager and me didn’t have the same view on the situation , I ended up leaving and emailing on the site , 5 minutes the owner called me , I explained him the situation and expressed my views Long story short , I am writing this review letting everyone know that the owner him self cares about his patients and he will take time toHelp you , he ended up delivering to me the right purchase . Real nice guy that understand what’s right .. He took the negative and turned it to a realPositive situation . Great business core.

They have a weekly special posted on the website for the weekend of 6/5-6/7. I did not receive the free gram according to their special and when the driver called the office they told him they are out of stock so no special. I ordered the product because I thought I was going to get a free gram and noted it on my notes when ordering. They never called to tell me the special is not available. Also I placed the order on 6/5 at 11:30 in the morning. So at what point did they run out of stock?? You guys charge way too much to offer such poor customer service. All your products could be found at a lower price by other local shops and they offer much better service.

update!!: after trying to reach out to them multiple times today, and seeing that their site claimed they would be delivering orders that weren't delivered yesterday I got a notice that my delivery was being processed. i then tried to message them to cancel an order i had placed today (hoping that it would work instead) and they cancelled all of them. no explanation, no email, no call, no text. that's not even bad customer service, that's zero customer service! i tried to give y'all a lot of chances for convenience sake but I will never be returning or ordering from here again. i would recommend ordering from eaze (literally ordered 15 minutes ago and its already on the way) or i saw that medmen is now doing delivery and has a nicer and easier to use website.the only good thing about erba is that sometimes there's a pretty girl working for the lola lola counter. original post:two 4/20's in a row have they not pulled thru. last year i ordered right when their sale started and because of technical difficulties never got my order. yesterday i ordered in the evening in hopes most people had already ordered. they then just ... never delivered. didn't tell me it wouldn't be delivered, didn't reply when i reached out, just straight up didn't bring my weed lmao. it sucks because i even deleted my pretty harsh review from last year because i was starting to like them again. sad.

The Best of the best. Thank you Erba for being the greatest cannabis store in the World 🌍My husband and I travel all over the world and I will say Erba has the best strands and are always fresh. Thank you to the owners of Erba Devin and Erin. We had two instances where our stuff got jacked and they were understanding and accommodating to the circumstances. Thank you for being attentive and responsive to the situation and bringing passion and love for the craft of cannabis 🖖🏻Professional staff, phenomenal strands, and a Friendly environment. Anytime my husband and I travel out to California Erba is the place where we trust 🔋 especially of the fact that they’re indica strands assisted me through my pregnancy 🤰 Thank you again Erba thank you Devin and the staff who cared to make our experience a great one every time we greatly appreciate you all 🤗For others wondering what the strand looks like our favorite has been BlackBerry Kush, and yes we smoke it out of an apple 🍏🙂

I have only met one knowledgeable and NICE person at this dispensary. I really dislike going to a dispensary where the staff makes me feel unwelcome or not “cool” enough to be there. Especially when I work in the industry and supply many of the companies they have on their shelves. Very cool layout and location but the staff really needs to learn how to appreciate their customers rather than act like they are members of some elite club. I drove all the way out here for products that they said they had online and when I got there they didn’t have ANY of the ones I was looking for. Then they acted like I did something wrong by trusting their site? I was given attitude when I walked up to the counter after someone had said hi how can I help you. I knew it wasn’t my turn but someone engaged ME. I we started talking about the products I was looking for that they don’t actually have. Then another girl working behind the counter was like what’s your number?! And I was two numbers ahead of what was on the screen but there was only 1 customer and 3 people behind the counter and again someone had engaged me first. So clearly they weren’t busy anyway and me “cutting the line” shouldn’t have been made out to be a big deal. Not coming back.

Good product when they have it. Good prices with the specials they have or if you have a discount promo (usually cheaper than the illegal pot shops with the discount). Staff is either very helpful or very rude. It's hit or miss. If you can look past the rudeness of some of the staff and are able to push away negative vibes this is the spot you want to go to.

Just spent $40 on a gram of live sauce from RAW gardens. Once I got home and attempted to open it up, I see there are multiple product labels stuck over each other. The top one, for what I thought I was buying, was for a live sauce with 78% cannabinoids. The label below was for a completely different product with only 68% cannabinoids. Once I got into the box, I found the product described on the weaker label underneath.

The place is very well lit and the staff is so amazing. It was disappointing to see products online that were not actually stocked in store, but they offered other options similar to what I was looking for. So that was a plus! It does get a little busier in the evening, and the pricing is pretty good compared to other places. Overall a great experience.

Consistency without surprises, quality, organic to sustainable grown. Concentrates and many other derivatives. It’s a CA legal shop. Parking and location is very inconvenient. They make costumers line out the street if busy, distasteful and feels uncomfortable standing outside the shop. I hope the new to come sawtelle shop has more of a private location with better parking and enough space so people don’t have to stand out on the street.
