I've been going to ECD for about a year and I am always happy with what I leave with!!! Very covid-19 aware!!! My wifes health is not great so I'm always afraid of bringing it home to her. So, thank you for the level of professionalism this store practices.6/28/20. As usual this place is great!!! Never have to wait in line and you always know exactly what you're getting. Other shops will give a THC% on line and when you look on the container it has a lower THC%!!! NOT THIS PLACE! Thanks Essence!!!

Used to be my favorite place! Was going there 2-3 times a week. Not anymore! Sinse shutdown, I can't get delivery to my place because they deem my place a hotel, Its not, its a monthly just down the street from them& its my address on my gov issued Dl for 2Yrs!! Every other place will deliver!!😔Text Club dont work since new system, Have not received one txt in over 2months!! Cant call to get it fixed ir ask a ?? NOBODY ANSWERS!!😤

This place is pretty bad here they don't have accurate numbers for the products on the website thc is off by 5% at least they don't follow the deals with free delivery with 100 purchases and then you can't get responses to fix their mistakes A little advice don't use a company that has a 3rd party company deliver i just found out if they can't handle a simple delivery service in 2020 they are an incompetent business They spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on remodeling but didn't do the most important thing which is have a respectable website and delivery service

I've gone in several times and had really good experiences. Recommended this place to others and all my out of town visitors. Really disappointing experience today. Since I use my phone to order everything else in my life and thought I'd use it to get delivery today, considering everything that is going on. It is all over the website that you can do online orders for delivery, and it allowed me to place the order. It would not let me put in an address though, so I put it in the memo section for comments. About 7 minutes before my delivery time, I got a message that I had to go pick it up. So I look up my account and it shows no orders at all, despite the text messages. I try to call. I am told I'm 5th in the cue. Then I hear it click over and it starts ringing and ringing and ringing and then goes dead. I try again. It starts ringing and ringing and finally it gets picked up. I am not even done explaining and the woman interrupts, "there's no delivery." I asked why I was allowed to place the order. She said, "That's Blackbird" (I have no clue what that even means). She didn't care at all. I canceled my order and said I would not be back. Kind of sucks because the place is literally NEXT DOOR to me. If there is a third party (Blackbird) making mistakes, then fix it. I understand if delivery is suspended because of the virus, then have it on the website! Don't accept orders for me to find out hours later I won't receive my order. Too bad. I had a really nice tip for the delivery person too.I had a friend recommend a drive-thru place to me or I'll contact someone else to do delivery. I'll give them my business. Plenty of dispensaries in Vegas.

Place is clean and everything is well lit. Security and check in smooth, no issues there, after I got inside I looked around for a while, ending up being helped by Sierra V. Shoutout to this girl she is super knowledgeable and uplifting , she presented me the menu and all the deals. Amazing experience for a guy from Texas, they also have delivery which is the cherry on top.

Honestly the best place to shop in Vegas. The staff is always informative and friendly. They take their security seriously which is a good thing. They tend to have wyld and that is an amazing brand. You can order online and pick up at the store making your visit quick and efficient. They do everything they can to make your life easier. 10/10 will go again.

Excellent staff! Jazmine and David may be the 2 most upbeat budtenders in town. They turned a trip home after a bad day at work into a much more pleasant experience with great attitudes, great energy and great advice in making my selections. There was a nice mix of cheap, high end and in-between quality choices on their extensive menu that is paired with a fast check-in and shopping experience that stands out from the endless waiting experienced at most valley dispensaries. I'll not be ordering their delivery again as it's totally worth stopping in

First of all let me say I am clueless about anything related to smoking so I decided to call this place and asked for a specific product due to my husband being a smoker and it's his birthday so I was creating a birthday gift with his favorite items based on what he had at home I spoke with a Sonja on the phone explained to her my situation and she was very helpful over the phone answered my question so I decided I would go to the dispensary and ask for her OMG she was the BEST she remembered speaking to me took her time to explain the difference and suggest the best product to buy him I was very happy she exceeded my expectations on customer service 10/10 recommend her if anyone needs help like I did come see Sonja thank you so much.
