Stopped by to pick up some healing herbs and I have to say I was impressed with this shop, the first thing I noticed as I walked in was the aroma, a clean healthy and fresh smell filled the air. They have a great selection of bulk herbs, tinctures, teas and more. If your looking for something to help during this cold season, or just out to protect you and your family from what may come then I would suggest you put this as the first stop on your list. Good customer service as well, was in and out in a matter in minutes, thanks

Came in looking a special cbd tincture since some in the family are allergic to the normal coconut based cbd oils.Staff were very friendly and helpful and we found a product that uses olive oil instead of coconut.Amazing assortment of teas, herbs and we will definitely be coming back.

They had what I needed, but customer service could be improved. I was greeted and stated what I came in for (no assistance required as I just needed a few roller bottles), yet when another couple came in before I made it to the counter to cash out they were waited on while I was left standing at the checkout for like 10 min as both associates were now occupied. The associate that greeted me could have easily asked the new customers to wait one minute while she cashed me out as it was a very quick purchase. I had driven 30 minutes out of my way to get what i needed here because it wasn't a chain place and i knew they had what i needed. Probably won't do that again.

Honestly, I love their wide variety of herb selections and, on top of that, their extra oils and baubles they offer for sale. The inside and outside atmosphere is calming and very naturally aesthetic!Unfortunately, I didn't feel like the customer service was really there. I've visited thrice now for different reasons with different questions and purchases and never once have I been acknowledged or greeted when I walked in unless I touched a jar or was ready to buy (mind you I've come alone with no one else in the store, with a family member, and when there were one or two others). If you are knowledgeable about herbs, aren't concerned with being spoken to and know what you want, this place is a definite hidden gem!On the other hand, if you're somewhat of an extrovert or just like being greeted when you walk into a shop, I can't say this place provides that based on my previous shopping experiences here. Hopefully, this will get better in the future!As for their herbs, I love them and have used them quite frequently which is why i continue to return. They are of pretty good quality and fair pricing. Try their teas! The tumeric chai is very good. Hope this helps!

I have been buying my essential oils and vegan snacks here for years. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and able to answer just about any question you could think of regarding their products. They offer oils, blends, supplements, herbs, and a number of other products. They also offer classes! I cannot speak highly enough of Desert Sage, and I am grateful for them.

Excellent in every way! I have been going to this store for any herbs I need for years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The prices are often lower than online vendors offer, even though I wouldn't mind paying a little extra to support this local small business. I recommend this store to all my friends!

I visited Desert Sage Herbs for the first time today to buy some ingredients to make my own hygiene products at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, informing me of all my options and their corresponding costs and taking an interest in what I was trying to accomplish in order to help me make an educated purchase. I bought the items that I needed and fully intend to return when I need more.

I brought my mom into the shop with me (we're new to the holistic approach). I recently purchased essential oils online and ended up disappointed with what I had received so we ended up at this little shop for some guidance and to try things out in person. The woman who helped us was so knowlagable and passionate about the products. She was so helpful and her personality just made our experience that much better! She was so informative, genuine and not pushy. You could tell that she truely knows her stuff and wants to share it to help others. Good vibes all the way! I'm hooked on the little shop! I'll be back soon! (People like her make a difference and I wish I could remember her name.)

Wounderful experience the first time I went in.I went in to get some natural herbs to make teas with because I had no energy, I was sick all the time, I was diagnosed with IBS, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, bouts of anxiety, and depression. I recently was referred to MD Anderson Cancer Center for high playlets and had convinced myself I was at the rusty years of my life and there was no such thing as the golden years.I went on line looking for herbs online to help build my immune system. I found many herbs and the kind of herbs that rebuild and strengthen the immune system and heal cells in the body.I am tired of taking pills and wanted to see what herbal remedies could do for me. I took my list of herbs and showed it to a wonderful young man who took time to hear my story, i gave him my list and he brought out a mixture of about 80% of the herbs on my list.He answered all my question with patience and understanding, he made sure I left with all that I asked for and gave me instructions on how to use the herbs. Three days after starting my teas, I have been sleeping better, I have more energy, and even my husband has noticed I am much calmer and happier. My anxiety levels have decreased and so has my depression. My IBS issues have decreased as well. When I go back in March for labs at the Cancer Center I know we will see lower playlets. This is within 3 days of following this regimen. I am so glad I found this store and can guarantee I will be a customer for life. God is good and and his herbs are a blessing and so are the folks at this store. I will recommend this store to all my friends. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
