5 star rating on staff interaction only!!! I had very high expectations of the vape cartridges from Etain due to the cost. I figured for over 3x the price of other cartridges with the same milligram content the quality should be much higher then anything I've had before. Unfortunately I was mistaken. The oil is very runny which indicates to me that it may not be excipient free. There is nothing appealing about the taste and to me the terpene profile is as important to me as the quality of oil. The potency is average. I had such a pleasant experience with the staff in the store and I did get a vape pen battery for free with my purchase which was a nice positive. I really hate to leave a negative review and I understand the medical program is very restricted in NY at the time which is probably part of the problem with pricing. Unfortunately I had to be the Guinea pig in this early stage of development and I feel I took a loss on this transaction. Thankfully there was a sale going on at the time, but then again the sale encouraged me to purchase 2 cartridges that I am unfortunately not satisfied with... double down for me. Overall very nice people dedicated to helping there patients. I just wish there were more options, and more details on the type of oil inside the cartridges. I hope this doesn't hurt Etain in any way, but helps to push for a better cannabis program in NY!

Awesome Experience! I was rather daunted about the entire medical marijuana certification process. I found a very genuine nurse practitioner who certified me. That was only part of the process. I went to the Kingston Etain dispensary and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff here are ALL very knowledgeable and compassionate and make the potentially difficult choices very simple. From start to finish Etain has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dispensary. They also offer discounts and buyer appreciation rewards. They definitely put their patients comfort first and offer a large enough variety so there is something for everyone. Make an appointment to speak with a licensed pharmacist or use the quick and easy online refill option for very quick response and ease of resupplying your products. You won't be sorry!

I think that there staff is great and they give you many options. If you are new to the program they inform you so you fully understand all hat they have to offer to help with your pain needs. The Government needs to see that these type of programs can help so many with people who deal with pain and want to live there lives. "This can help a lot of people".

Their customer service here really can't be beat. They have a good amount of options & very effective formulas. The staff at the Kingston location are all super friendly and knowledgeable too. If you have a mmj card, I highly recommend checking out etain. It's not hard to get an appointment and once you've seen the pharmacist ordering is a breeze. Very knowledgeable pharmacist, too.

I was diagnosed with neurological Lyme Disease in 2008. Was on all types of medication and pain meds for years. In 2015 I was certified by my Dr and picked up my 1st script of balance from Etain in Kingston NY. It made such such a difference with the nerve and muscle pain. I am a firm believer. Its so expensive. And its not right people can't get all of their meds because of how expensive it is. Nothing comes filled to the top. I do Love 3 of the products there. Staff is very friendly. Its just so expensive. No matter what u get, everything is $105, Im supposed to get 5 of the strongest medicine,half n half, but I can't even get it. So I suffer n deal with it. Medical Marijuana helps so I take less pain medication, and helps with nausea n moods, PTSD, ect. I Love it. Just wish they had a discount for people on disability or social security. I hope soon.

I have never had a more pleasant experience! The staff, ( from the front desk to the pharmacy); they are pleasant, helpful, the products are top of the line( strongest in New York State!). They are quick, polite, and best of all it is a business run entirely by womenAlthough I am a professional wrier, this is totally my opinion, Call ) they are never too busy to help!)Stop by, youll be so glad you did! My pain is better then its been in year's and WITHOUT the worry of addiction, overdoses, and the wrong medication. I was lucky non of these things HAPPENED to me, but Ive lost many loved one's. Great place always helpful. I was told new products are coming soon can't wait. Well I went back on October 11th and yes I purchased the powdered cannabis oil WOW a game changer for me. I tried the forte and I slept longer than I have in a long time and laughed so much before I went to bed . Imagine being able to add to a beverage, I had coffee and felt it in 20 minutes give it a try you will definitely enjoy . I'm really pain free and no opiate YAY I was able to sleep after some coffee.

I had a terrific experience at this dispensary on my first visit. The staff was very friendly and quite a bit more informative than other places I have been. The quality of the product so far has been grade A as well. The staff said that they are always well stocked which has been an issue for me at the prior location I used. This will be my go to stop from now on.

They're always so helpful and kind there. Very understanding and knowledgeable regarding medical conditions and how their different products will help with different diseases/illnesses. They know the law inside and out, and their prices are state regulated (information for those who post regarding their "high prices"). Their staff is professional and up to date with the most recent industry news and science. The dispensing is done by Pharmacists just like any pharmacy, so you can ask them questions about the strain/delivery system, etc. and they are happy to answer any questions you have. I'm a Caregiver for a patient, but in my opinion any patient or Caregiver is lucky to have Etain looking after them.
