5 star rating on staff interaction only!!! I had very high expectations of the vape cartridges from Etain due to the cost. I figured for over 3x the price of other cartridges with the same milligram content the quality should be much higher then anything I've had before. Unfortunately I was mistaken. The oil is very runny which indicates to me that it may not be excipient free. There is nothing appealing about the taste and to me the terpene profile is as important to me as the quality of oil. The potency is average. I had such a pleasant experience with the staff in the store and I did get a vape pen battery for free with my purchase which was a nice positive. I really hate to leave a negative review and I understand the medical program is very restricted in NY at the time which is probably part of the problem with pricing. Unfortunately I had to be the Guinea pig in this early stage of development and I feel I took a loss on this transaction. Thankfully there was a sale going on at the time, but then again the sale encouraged me to purchase 2 cartridges that I am unfortunately not satisfied with... double down for me. Overall very nice people dedicated to helping there patients. I just wish there were more options, and more details on the type of oil inside the cartridges. I hope this doesn't hurt Etain in any way, but helps to push for a better cannabis program in NY!
