Funeral Alternatives was very kind and understanding about the loss of our son. They kept referring to him by his name rather than “ the deceased” which I found comforting. Our son is still a person even though he is gone. Prices are affordable and they did not pressure for us to buy additional services. There was a large selection of urns to choose from. The personnel offered us bereavement classes if we wanted to take advantage of them and were very respectful when we picked up our son’s ashes. We requested that they call us to tell us when our son would be cremated and were very accommodating and informative of the procedure while my husband was present during the cremation. I can’t thank Funeral Alternatives enough for their kindness and support during this hard time.
