I love this place because of the service and positive attitudes of all who work or own stores ... Its close that the owners or upper management treat them well..plus I know they truly care about RENTON , WA ... They are Involved in our community more than most people realize and I love that they give back .. I have seen the owner several times at the events of Renton chamber of Commerce... (thank you )

Came in to pick up for the dear wife... Girl at the window was about as fast as Boeing production of the 737... Got to the counter and the order placed several hours earlier was not even printed let alone pulled. 3 people who came in behind me were in and out well before I was able to run away... Never to return. The only reason this gets any stars is they have good weed.

I used to like this place a lot.....not so much any more.They are constantly disappointing.The service is slow and the staff is no longer as knowledgable as they once wereThey run different sales at different locations - who does that?! The selection is average at bestThere are better stores with better product selection in the area. Ill spend my money at those places

Every time I visit Evergreen Market I get treated like a VIP! It’s amazing to walk in and feel like you are the only customer. Doesn’t matter how busy they are, you always get expert advice and recommendations that fit you. They love helping you save money with daily sales and the rewards program! Thank you for all the amazing service and smiles. Such a friendly place to shop.

Really nice flowers. I happened by here to get pre rolls for my auntie. Ended up purchasing some really righteous flower. 👌🏾 Some of the best I’ve seen since my return to the state! Really nice staff. I enjoyed the encounter. From purchase to checkout!

Florida Native - I walked in 2 weeks ago and brought my elderly parents to their first ever dispensary. I was upset to see security dressed up like swat team. WAYYYY OVER DOING IT. My parents did not feel like the area was a safe one and the business too risky to stay. Embarrassment to the cannabis community. I went to another dispensary, no over suffiticated security.

Used to love this store but after going here for about a year now, customer service has gone down. Waiting at the window for a quick online order while 2 employees help one person check out is just one example of how much they care. Also I’ve online ordered 2 different times and they say that they didn’t receive my order. Their system used to text me right away but now I don’t get a text at all and my reward points(one of the main reasons I keep coming back) don’t get counted for anymore. I don’t see myself going back unless I am desperate, Have a Heart in Skyway is closer to me anyway with better dab prices and friendlier staff. Evergreen does have decent flower brands and good prices for them but their staff doesn’t make the trip worth it. Edit: in response to the owner’s reply about adding additional registers. Adding more registers would not solve the issue I had at the window. I stood at the window, there was no line inside just one person checking out. Both of the cashiers were checking her out. One was scanning the product while the other one was chatting with the customer. I wouldn’t have been as bothered if either of them said a simple “hi, we’ll be right with you”. Ya know basic human decency? Neither of them acknowledged me until they completed the transaction. I’m still trying to wrap my head around why two people even needed to check out one person, I’ve seen the two cashiers regularly so I doubt it was a training thing.

I’m over shopping here, I would love to write a detailed breakdown of all the shortcomings of spending your money here but I won’t even waste my time. The capability of keeping regular inventory here is non existent and there is an excuse and every turn for why... time to look for another place to spend my money and I advise you do the same. The problems that exist with inventory and price here are only compounded by the fact they the owners try to run 3 establishments. Get things in order with your first before you replicate. Your tarnishing your brand and I’m sure hemorrhaging internally due to it. Today you lost a good customer.

Deja Vu! I like the fact that no matter which Evergreen market I go into they are IDENTICAL in their layout. Good thing I'm going in to get something. If I already have some, I'm probably baked and I would be confused as to what city I'm in; Renton OR Auburn? And I do frequent both shops, I like the layouts, OVERLY friendly & helpful staff. All that AND a nice selection with "normal" (not inflated) prices. Can't go wrong here.
