Used to love this store but after going here for about a year now, customer service has gone down. Waiting at the window for a quick online order while 2 employees help one person check out is just one example of how much they care. Also I’ve online ordered 2 different times and they say that they didn’t receive my order. Their system used to text me right away but now I don’t get a text at all and my reward points(one of the main reasons I keep coming back) don’t get counted for anymore. I don’t see myself going back unless I am desperate, Have a Heart in Skyway is closer to me anyway with better dab prices and friendlier staff. Evergreen does have decent flower brands and good prices for them but their staff doesn’t make the trip worth it. Edit: in response to the owner’s reply about adding additional registers. Adding more registers would not solve the issue I had at the window. I stood at the window, there was no line inside just one person checking out. Both of the cashiers were checking her out. One was scanning the product while the other one was chatting with the customer. I wouldn’t have been as bothered if either of them said a simple “hi, we’ll be right with you”. Ya know basic human decency? Neither of them acknowledged me until they completed the transaction. I’m still trying to wrap my head around why two people even needed to check out one person, I’ve seen the two cashiers regularly so I doubt it was a training thing.
