Something spilled on the floor and its was poorly cleaned up. They mopped and put 2 signs up. But when it came back they never clean it up again. They were not That busy and they decided to clean the... more
Feedback:
This place is good most of the time. The only thing I didn't like was that some of the staff (not all) can have an attitude. This weekend my husband, sister, brother in law, kids & I went. My BIL decided to ordered an Iced Coffee before we left, just to have on his way home. They did not give him a number. So when the girl (waiter) came out they didn't come into the Kid's play area to ask if someone had purchased a coffee. Of course after like 25 minutes of waiting, he went up to the cash register to ask if it was ready. They told him they had already gave him the coffee when they indeed had not. He even showed them the receipt and they didn't believe them. This was until someone said someone else had taken it. Why would we lie about taking a coffee? If this is going to happen maybe they should also give numbers when you have an order of coffee. That way they bring it to the right table.

This was the worst drive thru experience I've had. The line was super slow and when I finally got to the window to pay the lady at the window mentioned their credit card machine wasn't working well. She ran my card and said the machine wasn't approving the charge so she asked me if I had a different card I told her no that my card was brand new and shouldn't have any issues. She ran it again and it didn't take it. I had to pay with cash I didn't want to use. Then my food order took forever. Carl's Jr you need to get it together there were so many workers standing around the slow service is unacceptable.

They were not That busy and they decided to clean the drinking fountain area instead. The employees were walking in and out of the kids area and just walking over the spill. With kids around they didn't clean it up. I was there for an hour and it was still there even after i left. What a joke. As you can see in then pic it was right in the entrance of the play area.

Just from the art on the wall, I already give high MARKS! Having grown up in Orange County, I had the opportunity to actually VISITING the YOST THEATRE! Though probably not in it's HEY DAY! . So I can APPRECIATE the LOCATION SPECIFIC ART!Cleanlinesss, and really good service. The morning's manager really went out of his way to show me what a GOOD PROPER FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE. BECAUSE OF THIS 6 STARS******

We received a mailer with a lot of coupons and that is the only reason I even went to Carl's Jr. I am not a big fan, but my boyfriend is, so I went to get the family food. Since I had about 5 coupons, I think the manager was called to assist in taking my order. It was like she was mad that I had such a big order. When I tried to tell her part of my order was incorrect she rudely cut me off and told me to park at the side and that they would bring my order out. It was brought out fairly quickly and I apologized to the young man for having to be such a pain with a huge order and he was very polite and said no apology necessary. I get home and was hoping they got my order correct...no such luck! The food was delicious so I guess Carl's redeemed themselves and earned the 1 star but the manager/lead is a sorry leader...showing staff this kind of behavior does not sit well with me and she doesn't deserve the higher position she has. Mailers with coupons are meant to bring in new people who don't usually go or to reward those loyal customers who always go....so is that how they should be treated?? Newcomers get a snide attendant and loyal people get rewarded like that?? I think not. So I am giving them 1 star and should I ever return, I hope they give me cause to give them more stars.
