I absolutely loved this place!I’ve been to a few dispensaries and they all have me some weird vibes but THIS place makes me feel like a dang celebrity 😂♥️Love it! Mamma T is so so sweet and genuine and I LOVE HER 😭✨Shelby and her lovely coworker Christa were so nice and made sure that my needs were met which was just awesome! They never tried to push anything else on me and Shelby made sure that my specific needs were met to a T which was just so great! Couldn’t have gotten that kind of treatment anywhere else 💖DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

The experience was like being a VIP or a celebrity guest and it was amazing!Shelby was so sweet and made sure my needs were met and her lovely coworker Christa helped me complete my purchase and get as much for my money as possible which was flippen AWESOME! 😍Can’t forget about Mamma T! She was just so sweet and I absolutely love her to pieces 💖I will definitely be returning!

Wow, I want to say it again WOW.Service is AAA grade!This is a great dispensary. The atmosphere is awesome the product was incredibly priced and I've shopped at them all.Never have I felt more inclined to write a review as I did after shopping at fireside.Thanks a ton

Best dispensary in the Valley. Highest quality and the most consistent when it comes to price quality and selection. Happy hour is amazing go after work and get 15% off..... duh ok! The staff is super friendly and the lobby is super comfortable if you want to sit down and relax. Stoners have always been my favorite people, these guys are my favorite stoners. I drive 30 miles out of my way to see these guys for my re-up. Worth the drive every time!

A great dispensary to go to for all of your medical/recreational supply needs, from flour to tinctures and concentrates to eddibles and so much more! Dont forget about pipes, cleaners, and the cool (yet warm) apparel that fireside offers as well! Fireside dispensary offers a great return policy for certain products and the employees who work there are extremely knowledgeable in all fields of retail cannabis! Fireside dispensary prides themselves in providing you with the best retail cannabis experience from the time you open the front door till when you leave the dispensary!! Come on down and feel the love cuz its 4:20 somewhere!

In town, visiting from Quebec, Canada. This would be the second herb shop I visited in Oregon and was really stoked to check the place out. The staff member at the desk took my ID, looked it over for a moment and then told me since it was in French, I could not use it because she didn't understand. I offered to help by pointing out where the birth date was but she declined my help and continued to insist that I could not use it, if not in English. As a last attempt, I suggested she could google translate the words "year, month, day" so that she could understand my card but that was met with a sour, "it's not up to me to have to google translate". I'm sure this place had great product, the shop itself was really nice looking and had a clean and professional atmosphere but on my particular visit, the staff member working the front desk had extremely poor customer service skills and it was a huge turn off and dissapointment. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
