Feedback:

In town, visiting from Quebec, Canada. This would be the second herb shop I visited in Oregon and was really stoked to check the place out. The staff member at the desk took my ID, looked it over for a moment and then told me since it was in French, I could not use it because she didn't understand. I offered to help by pointing out where the birth date was but she declined my help and continued to insist that I could not use it, if not in English. As a last attempt, I suggested she could google translate the words "year, month, day" so that she could understand my card but that was met with a sour, "it's not up to me to have to google translate". I'm sure this place had great product, the shop itself was really nice looking and had a clean and professional atmosphere but on my particular visit, the staff member working the front desk had extremely poor customer service skills and it was a huge turn off and dissapointment. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
