Contemplated on getting re evaluated for my doctors rec as I have little to no time at all. I was put off by having to make appointments and wait in line, I came across this site in part by browsing through weedmaps, I had my doubts but I gave it a shot. A few minutes and a couple questions later I was approved for my rec, all from the comfort of home. I had a couple of questions , I opted to use the chat feature and was greeted by a customer service rep who answered all my questions. 5 stars for convenience and all around for great service.

The staff is completely incompetent, the Dr. However is not. There have been numerous times when I show up to be seen, mind you I called to make sure I was within the timeframe, and are told while there that I would need to return at a later date. Please be sure you get the name of the staff member that answers your call, they're quick to deflect the blame.
Feedback:
Great place if you’re a pill-popper in need of a fix. However, those seeking actual medical care should look elsewhere. The doctor and staff are unprofessional. The facility is dirty and poorly maintained. Not to mention you have to provide a urine sample into a solo cup in a public restroom.
Feedback:
Horrible experience as it took over 2hrs to be seen and after all that time I only had a 2 second evaluation from which the Dr was “able” to determine a major decrease was needed in my medication with little to no explanation given. I would understand if I was able on OxyContin, but to cut my normal Norco prescription in half from 45 - 10mgs to 45 - 5mgs that is pretty drastic especially considering no explanation or even an evaluation took place.

I am overweight. Have been for most of my life. It has always been tough for me living like this. My Mom was adamant that I get a consultation, so I finally decided to take her advice. The clinic is not that far from my house. I didn't have an appointment, but the staff was kind enough to squeeze me in. That was nice. The doctor is a gem. he was too sweet. It is difficult for me to open up to people, but he really made me comfortable. He also has a smile all along the consultation. So yeah would definitely recommend them. Thank you Dr. Fu

I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. I had moved recently so I did not have health insurance set up yet. So I decided to do My ESA Doctor AKA Steady Care Medical. You answer some questions on their site, enter a payment method and pay. Shortly after, a "mental health professional" calls you to determine if you qualify or not for the ESA letter. They'll say you qualify and an hour later they will send over the document through e-mail. If you need any forms filled in, good luck with that. They charge you for each form you want filled in and not only that, they are really bad at filling it in. They will insist that you send everything electronically. And if the form is sent by regular mail, which most landlords and leasing offices will do, they will take more than a month to fill that in or not do anything at all. Their customer service is a nightmare, rude, they lie a lot, lack of compassion and are unhelpful. Oh and BTW the manager is NEVER in. For that month I would call 4 times a week to check on the status for the forms sent over by my apartment's leasing office. They would say they got the forms and that they would take care of it, next time I called they would say something completely different and that they never got the forms. It was this back and forth the whole time. Then they would get it but the "doctor" that issued the letter for me worked at a different location so they mailed those to that office. The "doctor" would let weeks pass without doing anything with the forms. I would ask customer service and they would always say that they could never get ahold of the "doctor" that the "doctor" was busy. I would ask to talk to the "doctor" and they would refuse to get me into contact with the "doctor". It made the whole process stressful and made my anxiety act up more as the apartment leasing office on the other side was pressuring that if they didn't have the form by x date they would have to charge me pet security deposit and pet fees if I wanted to stay, if not I would have to leave. In the end, My ESA Doctor AKA Steady Care Medical, admitted to losing the forms. They would refuse to give refund, then they said they would only refund me half of what I payed. I fought so hard over the phone and they ended up issuing a full refund.DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. TERRIBLE SERVICE. VERY UNTRUSWORTHY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OR THE EFFECTS THE BAD MOMENTS MAY HAVE ON YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. GO TO A REAL MENTAL DOCTOR, GET EVALUATED AND ASK FOR THE ESA LETTER.Hope this helps people that are thinking of using My ESA Doctor AKA Steady Care Medical

Feedback:
Moved to Santa Ana from Fresno recently, and had been looking for a clinic in the neighborhood. Must say, the place was pretty jammed up and I couldn't get a walk-in that day. I, however, fixed an appointment for the next day and things went pretty smoothly. I'm not someone with very high expectations so all in all, it was worth the second trip.
Feedback:
Bad practice, I will be shut down very soon, just be careful..I'm sure they get nice reviews because this office gives medications or proscription for what ever patients which are mostly very very young in age ask for.,I went there for their weight loss program, realized the center was different from any doctor medical places that I have been, but I over look it and continue goring for following reasons I was giving prescription by doctors with suspended license, on later visit was given wrong proscription, wrong dose, which caused serious effect on me, to make sure not having problems with Doctors and wrong prescriptions called and ask to be seen by the first doctor I visit when I start going there. STAFF MEMBERS Said HE DOES NOT WORK THERE ANY MORE AND HE HAS-BEEN ARRESTED 😮
Feedback:
I was diagnosed with MS 8 months ago and life has been a roller coaster since then. I happened to cross this clinic on my way to work everyday. I was nervous on my first visit thinking the staff would treat me like a junkie trying to get some bud. This was around 3 months after my diagnosis. To my surprise the staff was very accommodating and kind. It was as if they knew how I felt. Moving on, I met with Dr. Fu; I had a very well versed session with him. He not only told me about how cannabis helps counteract MS but also told me about other lifestyle changes I could follow to make things easier in the long run. I still remember complaining about mood swings and fatigue. He explained all the medication options and also told me about the increase in pain and inflammation that was to follow. I have been regularly visiting Dr. Fu and it is not like how you go in to a doctor and they write you a prescription, which is the end of it all. My doctor makes sure I am happy and trying my best to fight this disease. I feel fortunate now that my medical fix is just a turn away!
