Ordered 2 20 boneless bites from Uber Eats. Restaurant got the order wrong and delivered chicken wings instead. Called the restaurant. They were cold and dismissive. Collin was very condescending and said nothing is the best we can do. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS PLACE. You will regret it. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.After I complained on the company's website, Dion, the Area Manager for FreshBrothers, sent me a text and asked me to call him back. I did and he handled the situation very well. What a difference in customer service. He apologized the way everything was handled(by a staff member and not a manager) and explained it was an error on their end when inputting the order for the kitchen on the POS system. He offered to send the correct order and the food arrived within the time advised by him. Thank you Dion for your professionalism and for rectifying the situation.

My husband and I love this pizza place. Its close to our place. Ordered online and then picked it up. It was fast to get the food. Food is amazing! I actually don't like pizza but this place had a great thin whole wheat crust as i like with small size and veggies topping, but it just a little bit pricey for a small one pizza and some veggies. My husband love to ordered pizza here. There have awesome pizza its just cheese and pepperoni for him that's it. nothing else. We got a coupon often so this can save a little bit money. Sometime we're lazy so we just got delivery to our place, yes, its fast delivery its just don't like have to pay tip... hahaha. Love Pizza here !

What a joke! after waiting 2 hours for the pizza it was totally cold. Called to talk to the manager who claimed they would email me a voucher. Never received it. Called the next day and they said they would send it again. Nothing. There pizza is good but DO NO ORDER FOR DELIVERY. Dine in or only do take out. Bad customer service too. They simple DO NO CARE at all!!! Such a shame. You've lost our studios business forever Fresh Brothers.

Grubhub Driver Here ALWAYS waiting an hour for 1 pizza. Has happened MULTIPLE times this week. 3 to 4 other people(non-grubhub) CURRENTLY dealing with the same issue. TOO MANY deliveries and TOO LITTLE employees. If you order take out and "they don't have your order", have them check the "delivery tickets".P.S. 10 more minutes means 30, GUARANTEED!!!
