Ordered 2 20 boneless bites from Uber Eats. Restaurant got the order wrong and delivered chicken wings instead. Called the restaurant. They were cold and dismissive. Collin was very condescending and said nothing is the best we can do. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS PLACE. You will regret it. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.After I complained on the company's website, Dion, the Area Manager for FreshBrothers, sent me a text and asked me to call him back. I did and he handled the situation very well. What a difference in customer service. He apologized the way everything was handled(by a staff member and not a manager) and explained it was an error on their end when inputting the order for the kitchen on the POS system. He offered to send the correct order and the food arrived within the time advised by him. Thank you Dion for your professionalism and for rectifying the situation.
