Bought a pen and cartridge from the B-H location a month ago. Yesterday the pen stopped taking a charge. Took it back and they offered up a 15% discount on a new pen because I didn't have the receipt. The pen has "five zero trees ". printed on the side and looks brand new. 15%? What a joke. I liked this store and it it very close to my house. I will never be back there. Too many options of businesses that will stand behind their products.RESPONSE: Yes, you use to sell pens with your name on them. This transaction took place in September of 2017. I posted it on Yelp back then, and just copied it to Google maps so that it could been seen here. I've since found a few other shops near me that are more competitively priced and have better customer service.

Terrible customer service they mistakenly sold me a product I did not ask for when I tried to bring it back they wouldn't let me but said I could buy the correct one for $7 more I think people should pay people back when they didn't want a product and it was their mistake it's called fix the problem that you are responsible for I've only been to them twice and I Won't Go Back sounds like this place has lots of bad reviews for customer service

I have been buying cartridges and flower from this location for about three years. Always been satisfied. About a couple months ago I bought a cartridge and it quit working within a few days. I didn’t make it in to the store in the allotted time to exchange it but figured it was the first bad cartridge I’ve bought from them in almost three years, so I just let it go. I bought another cartridge from them day before yesterday 3/31 and tried to bring it back today on 4/2 and was told they don’t exchange defective cartridges! I know the guy working there doesn’t make the policies at the store so I told him I realize it’s not your fault but this is the second bad cartridge I’ve bought from you guys in a row and that’s not acceptable. I told him they have lost my business and left. On the other hand if I would have been told when I bought the cartridge that there were no exchanges even if defective I would have not purchased it. But I wasn’t told anything and as a longtime customer of theirs I figured they would exchange it if anything went wrong. But as it stands I’m out money and on to find a new dispensary. I would avoid Five 0 Trees. Not a good business practice to refuse to stand behind the products you sell and to not let customers know ahead of time that you have a new no exchange policy in place. 👎👎

I've had mixed experiences here. Some employees are very nice, patient and helpful while others are the complete opposite. The selection is probably more appealing to those who enjoy smoking and know what they want. I prefer edibles and tinctures, but those options are pretty limited here. They recently moved most products far behind the counter, so there's no browsing (there's a notebook on the counter with products and prices but no descriptions.. I'd prefer to see the packaging, description, etc). Supposedly they take cards, but the reader is always 'down.' Plan on bringing cash or you'll have to pay the atm fees.

Nice mellow vibe. They treat everyone with respect regardless of your knowledge level. Love that the outside isn't 'in your face' the way a lot of similar establishments are - keeps the community feeling in-sync. Staff is super helpful and they always have excellent recommendations - they aren't just pushing random options based on inventory or quotas. They have a good selection with reasonable prices.

Sure, a $3 is fine for swiping my card, but get your pricing correct on your menu? I have been THREE SEPERATE TIMES in the past three weeks, hoping each time it would be different. nope. Cartridges on the menu are priced lower and when you get to the checkout the employees wont notice (not much urgency, isn't your job to notice these things? not the customer?) so they will overcharge you and have NO IDEA how to refund you. cool. wasted my time/money and wont be going back. Sticking with The Parlour

Have been coming to this place since before I was in the industry. A lot of places have changed for the worse or haven't changed at all but Five Zero seems to be methodically changing things in an intelligent manner. Props to y'all. Perhaps make some dab displays though? Hard to know what you're getting unless you've had the product before.

Went in today to find that they now charge you a $3 fee at the register to use a card, like an ATM. Tried to use the ATM because my bank would give the fees back. The manager tells me after the ATM failed that both ATMs went down yesterday. No one put a sign up. That's pretty shady. They are more expensive than other places, menus are not up to date and are frequently out of stock on the items I'd want. Having to have a 3rd and 4th back up is ridiculous.

Awesome place. Atmosphere is great. They do things a lil different here, you come in and there is an assigned rep that goes with you into their products room. I went there and bought clones about 3 weeks ago. Great quality, over all sevice level is exceptional. Highly recommend. Pic attached of the clones after about a month.UPDATE!!!!Bought 8 rude boi og plants when i first posted this review back over the summer. Here are pix of the same girls now flowering - we expect exceptional results. They are massive, almost 10 ft tall 5.5 to 6 ft wide. Thanks to fivezerotrees!!!! Love u guys!!!

This was my first time ever in a dispensary and I was there looking for CBD for my mom's arthritis. The staff there were very helpful and understanding that I had no idea what I needed or what to look for. They offered me several different options, with no pressure to buy the more expensive things. In the end I walked out of there with a couple things for my mom to try and they have significantly improved her quality of life! Thank you so much for all your help!
